All United Roofing Co. Inc. is truly the Gold Standard for a roofing company and customer service. Our roof was damaged due to the winds on January 7. The day after I started to look for roofing companies, and our neighbor who is a general contractor highly recommended All United Roofing Co. Inc. Couple of days after my neighbor arranged a meeting with Jorge who is the owner of the company. My first impression was very positive, because Jorge was punctual, knowledgeable, took time to respond to all my questions in detail, and provided several recommendations. Within a day, I received a detailed proposal from Betty. I requested few modifications and Betty very efficiently coordinated them with Jorge and updated the proposal. The total proposal seemed to be reasonable. I made several appointments with other roofers, but none of them were as punctual, professional and cordial as Jorge and mostly the prices were within the same range except couple, one being low and the other too high. While I was still evaluating the proposal (the contract was not signed) Jorge send two of his employees to cover the damaged areas of my roof with tarp since there was rain in the forecast. He never forced any brands of roofing material, instead provided his recommendation. He also asked me to do my own research and pick a brand that I believe would work for me the best. Betty coordinated the permits required with the city and arranged for all required inspections. The number of employees varied on daily basis; there were 8 employees the first day, 11 the second, and so on; however, they were all working in a perfect rhythm. All his employees were very cordial and professional. Throughout the day they kept around the house clean and removed all debris before they left. Jorge and his team are professional and know what they are doing. They did a complete new roof for a flat roof torch down and the job was done flawlessly. They showed up at 7:30 am each day and worked non-stop completing the job in four days. These guys know what they are doing. They were able to do it without damaging my new rain gutters. They got all of the city permits/inspections, used top quality products and cleaned up every day before leaving. Jorge was there every day to ensure work was done correctly and to city code. We hired Jorge and his team to do our roof in 2019. Boy was the at a mistake, he started off by explaining the process and time frame and price. We trusted what he said they would do, unfortunately none of what he said was done. Are roof is lumpy and looks like it was done 20 years ago, they didn't replace termite damage on the rafters like he said they would. When I pointed it out to him he simply said it was to late to replace. For the amount of money we spent you would think he would honor his word. He wasn't the lowest, but by no means no where near the highest. He made a good impression on me and included the removal/replacement of my pool solar collectors in the price. I hired this so called roofing company to do the roof on my home last year with the expectations that the roof would be installed correctly. Boy...was I in for a big surprise. I paid $16.000.00 for the new roof and since then I had to call them out several times to correct their mistakes. After the first rain storm, the roof started to ''LEAK''. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. So I called George to come out and address the situation and he told me that they forgot to seal the fasteners on the vents in addition to not having been installed correctly in the first place. According to him...the ''LEAK'' is what you call regular maintenance after one year being installed. Where I come from...when you install a roof it should at least last 20 to 25 years with out touching it. ''WHAT A JOKE''!!!!! The work done was decent, but I was not happy about the fact that I made a Friday appointment to discuss the work I wanted done, only to have it canceled at the last minute because the owners son felt like going out of town for the weekend and wanted to get an early start. It's unprofessional to tell your client that basically you're not worth their time and that meeting isn't necessary. On top of that I heard nothing for two weeks about scheduling work to start, but then a message was left on a Sunday evening at 9pm that workers would be at my home the next morning by 7 am. This is poor communication and unprofessional behavior. I made it abundantly clear that I required 48 hours notice prior to work starting work so that I could remove my senior dogs from my home so they would not get over excited or aggravated by the noise. I will never recommend this company to anyone which is a shame since the work was decent and affordable. Please train your son to take his business reputation seriously and respect his clients wishes. read more

Rats! That's right, we had a rat that got into the house by jumping from a tree to the roof and then entering through some loose tiles. Called All United Roofing and they came out the next day, right on time and inspected the situation. They found several possible entrance points, showed us exactly what needed to be done and provided a detailed estimate and then, when they came back to do the work, they were again prompt, professional and thorough.
