Melissa explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us to our creativity. You choose four colors (additional colors are an extra fee), paint your bear, and then use the remaining paint to create a matching canvas. The bear takes a few days to dry, and you can schedule a pickup when it's ready.
