When we brought this to the staff's attention, they told us they do not issue refunds and offered to switch us to another lane. By that point, we were so fed up with the process that we just wanted to go home. The new lane worked fine, but if only they had started us at that lane to begin with. I don't understand why they have non-working lanes open that people are paying for. This experience has really soured my opinion of Showtime Bowl. I hope they fix these issues so other customers don't have the same frustrating experience.
