They have done everything I've asked of them When it comes to getting x-rays and for me to find out about certain things that has put me . However, I still have a lot medically that has not been resolved. I have house calls, telehealth specialist and I'm gonna say it like this they're not worth shooting. They only want to do what they see fit either their way or the highway! For example, I have a lot of shortness of breath, and they wanted to give me oxygen which they did. However, it has not fixed the issue. Secondly, to top it off, they gave me oxygen without having a legal diagnosis as to why I needed it. The oxygen company that brought it out has been calling the past several months because appropriate documentation has not been done right. As a result, I'm gonna have to give it back to the company. I'm gonna tell you guys if you're ever in need of oxygen or anything like that please don't depend on this company. Go to a regular pulmonologist and get it done the right and legal way. Another thing I want this company does have a high turnover when dealing with people over the phone I think it's ridiculous. Lastly, I want to add this company loves loves loves doing facilitated visits. I absolutely hate it! Right now, I'm having to until God me to something better. In conclusion, this company does make up stuff about you as they go, just so they can make the big ! I don't know how they get away with all the stuff that they get away with, but they need to be investigated.

When they decided to begin seeing me, the revolving door started rotating. Always someone new, no notice the previous person was gone, no notice someone new was coming. I very seldom knew who was coming or when. Recently I was bitten by a feral cat and was having some issues with just feeling bad. I was supposed to be seen every Friday until the issues were resolved. I received a text at 7:26 on Thursday night that my "person" would not be coming the next day and they would assign someone else. No one ever called or showed up. Then yesterday, a Thursday, someone rang my bell, just as I was about to leave for another appointment. It was the NP - no appointment - no call - no text - just, I'm here!! Aren't you a lucky patient because I showed up!! She was very angered because of my frustration at not knowing an appointment had been scheduled. I told her all I EVER asked was to be given appointments in advance and for them to be kept. I told her I was done with SC House Calls/Your Health and I would be finding a traditional physician. The employees are not to blame for the poor function of this company. Instead of getting better, it only gets worse. AVOID them if you possibly can.

Also had someone take her to the store and "share" her buggy. My mother in law paid for Home Instead caregivers BEER for the weekend. When I called to speak to the owner(s) as I was referred by my moms church. Apparently one of the part owners was a member. I was given the RUN AROUND by the front staff. They should be shut down. We had cameras on my mother in law and the one in the bedroom was altered habitually when using Home Instead. Maybe if they paid the caregivers at least half of what they charged per hour, the experience would have been better. Negative stars, however, I have to at least put 1.
