A Cautionary Review of Your Health / SC House Calls…read more I feel it's important to be honest: Your Health / SC House Calls is not a company I can proudly say I've worked for. In my experience, this organization prioritizes profits over people--particularly the elderly and individuals dealing with chronic illness. Rather than offering compassionate care, they appear to exploit vulnerable patients by scheduling excessive and often unnecessary visits, seemingly to maximize Medicare and Medicaid billing. Many patients have voiced their concerns, and some have discontinued services altogether due to these practices. The company brands itself as "Christian" and "Value-Based," but my experience did not reflect those values. From the moment I was hired, I was sold a dream filled with promises--company vehicles (only for those who align closely with upper management), remote work (rarely honored), and bonuses (heavily taxed and misrepresented). The reality was far from what was initially presented. One incident in particular stands out. A regional trainer entered our Spartanburg office and approached me with a hostile attitude, raising her voice and misrepresenting a physician's comments about my performance. I remained professional and chose to step outside to de-escalate. I later reported the incident to a statewide supervisor and was reassured that it would be handled. However, days later, on April 8th, 2025, I was abruptly terminated by HR over the phone without any prior write-ups, warnings, or explanation--only being reminded that South Carolina is a "right to work" state. I strongly suspect my termination was influenced by the trainer's complaint. I was not given a chance to share my side of the story. The imbalance of power and lack of accountability in that situation was telling. Sadly, it felt racially charged--especially within a company where African American employees are underrepresented, and where our voices are often labeled as "aggressive," while our white counterparts are met with concern and sympathy. I even overheard senior staff say they needed to hire "more Black people" for diversity, which felt less about inclusion and more about optics. Beyond internal issues, there are larger concerns within the company, including questionable billing practices, allegations of nurses and practitioners stealing patient medications, and discriminatory treatment of employees who do not conform to the internal culture. In summary, I do not recommend working for this company in any of their operating states--South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida. My experience was deeply disheartening, and I encourage potential employees to read other reviews on platforms like Indeed and Glassdoor. Many of the negative ones align closely with what I endured. Please proceed with caution.

UPDATE I wish they…read morehad a ZERO star on here. The doctor is still trying to bill Medicare after services were discontinued and sending bills to my mother when services were stopped in December. Doctor shows he did a telehealth with mom In January. Doctor NEVER spoke to my mom. Last call from doctor was in November. Try calling the billing department and of course not able to speak to a live person only keep getting a recording that they are unable to find a record When I put in my mother's information. Then, quit billing my mother! Have yet to receive a call from anyone associated with My Health! It has now been 3 months since services were cancelled. Beware of this fraudulent company!

The office and the staff at the Greensboro, NC location are wonderful. The staff was very helpful…read moreand friendly during my wife's two visits for infusions in 2025. However, the billing department has serious issues! At the time of infusions, we paid our copay amounts. After a month we get an invoice with a balance for the first infusion. This was followed by another invoice after a week including both infusions. There was no mention of the copays that were already paid. I called the billing phone number on the invoice and was told we do not owe any money, as a matter of fact, we have a credit coming. She did not have any explanation of why the invoice did not reflect the actual transactions.

Their call center is horrible. I am supposed to get infusions twice a week prescribed by my doctor…read more They have messed this up three times now, the last time (this week) being the worst. I have gastroparesis, POTS, autonomic neuropathy, and orthostatic hypotension and am to receive 2 hydration infusions of a bag and 1/2 twice a week. I DEPEND on these to prevent dehydration, which is one of the main reasons people with gastroparesis end up dying. Well, last week fire to the call and scheduling center's neglegence, they apparently only scheduled me for Friday. Not only that, when we showed up Friday at Florence Palmetto Infusion Center, they had been expecting us earlier. We showed them the card and I was already in tears because of the hell I had been through that week (witnessed by my boyfriend and my parents, who I have to live with because my health issues are so severe. My mom had already spoken with someone named Britney at Palmetto Health Call Center (number (803-771-7740, who said she had everything straight for the next two weeks-we found out from Florence Palmetto Infusion Center that this, also, was not true). Let me tell you what I have been through the last week because of this company. I have been through severe dehydration, rapidly fluctuating glucose levels, waking up during the night due to high blood sugar,, having to have my parents and boyfriend help me walk I have been so weak and wobbly, not able to see and focus on things, feeling like I am on drugs and out of my mind, not understand things and extreme confusion, not having any physical control over my body, and praying fir God to please take me home because looking at the world that way and not even being able to control any aspect of your body is so scary. That is the result of this company's negligence and how little their scheduling and call center cares about their clients, most of who are very sick. People need to be fired & it needs investigation and reorganization from the top down.
