We spent a good amount of time watching the staff and the current residents interacting together…read more The way we were treated on entering, on tour, and afterwards. The facility is way above standards, super clean, very well organized and laid out. For the residents, everything they could dream of is here, including places for family to come and enjoy meals and visit with the resident family member, activity rooms, and so much more. My family has been in so many facilities over the years with so many nursing homes and VA facilities, and we had a great deal of interaction and experience with those facilities and staff. Most of the time the family feels out of place, like they do not belong or not welcomed there, like the feeling of "how soon can they leave," feeling from the staff. At Patriots Village, the feeling was extremely warm and inviting for our family and my father, who is moving in as a new resident within the week. It took only the 1 visit for him and our family to feel like we had an extended family on the spot. This is how a facility should feel to the members and staff - everyone is family - and the feeling is certainly there - every single staff member we interacted with. From the amazing rooms, meeting areas, meal room for family, dining areas, to the exercise/physical therapy areas, to the outstanding Barista. Everything Was wonderful and we can't get over how friendly and fun the staff are to be around. We felt so comfortable we didn't want to leave. You just don't get this kind of interaction and welcome from anywhere else. A special thank you to Danielle Gregory, Director of Admissions. They couldn't have chosen any better person to fill this role.

The DON and ADON were both unprofessional with how they communicated to me (a guest), as well as the employee. Not only were the attitudes of the management unprofessional and unpleasant, as was the attire being worn throughout the building. The apparel being worn is indistinguishable unprofessional and unacceptable. If the other workers have to come in with a uniform on, and still looking professional, then that example should be being set by upper man. The lack of care is becoming visible more and more as I visit. This place needs to be investigated by the state. Ever since I started visiting, i've noticed that its nothing but a liability to the city. Patiently waiting on mom to finish her therapy so I can rescue her from this place of hell!

We were pleased with his level of care & the attentiveness of the care staff. I was pleased with their level of communication - they ensured I was in the loop regarding what was going on with my father. He adjusted well and we felt confident his needs were being met. He moved to the Memory Care unit (MC) a few weeks ago and seems to be thriving in this new area. The level of care is different, but still great! I have no doubt my dad is in the best place for his needs. I would definitely recommend the Presbyterian Community. The only less than positive thing I can say is the facility is quite dated and is in need of being updated. But, the facility is safe, clean and appropriate.

Everyone from the Administrator Holly Harbin, Physicians, Nurse Practitione, RN's, Nurse Manager, CNA's, OT, PT, Speech, Transportation and especially Desiree the Social Worker for making his stay a positive one and providing the best quality of care. This is the best care facility in the CSRA and I would give them a 7 star recommendation if you are looking for a care facility for your loved ones one. Barbara Autry

Overall, they are adept at understanding family concerns and the difficulty of transitioning loved ones. The location is convenient and has lovely curb appeal that flows into the facility as well. There are courtyards and patios, even a screened in porch is available for residents and families. It has been refreshing to experience a facility that is attractive with attractive caregivers inside as well. I've lived in this area for decades, and this facility has always been named NHC. The fact that it has never changed hands has meant a consistently good reputation throughout the community. While no facility is perfect, they do seem to strive for perfection. Highly recommend them!

Where do I start? I have been a patient with this company for about 2 years now. I've had two sweet…read morepractitioners that come out to the home and they both take turns coming twice a month. They have done everything I've asked of them When it comes to getting x-rays and for me to find out about certain things that has put me . However, I still have a lot medically that has not been resolved. I have house calls, telehealth specialist and I'm gonna say it like this they're not worth shooting. They only want to do what they see fit either their way or the highway! For example, I have a lot of shortness of breath, and they wanted to give me oxygen which they did. However, it has not fixed the issue. Secondly, to top it off, they gave me oxygen without having a legal diagnosis as to why I needed it. The oxygen company that brought it out has been calling the past several months because appropriate documentation has not been done right. As a result, I'm gonna have to give it back to the company. I'm gonna tell you guys if you're ever in need of oxygen or anything like that please don't depend on this company. Go to a regular pulmonologist and get it done the right and legal way. Another thing I want this company does have a high turnover when dealing with people over the phone I think it's ridiculous. Lastly, I want to add this company loves loves loves doing facilitated visits. I absolutely hate it! Right now, I'm having to until God me to something better. In conclusion, this company does make up stuff about you as they go, just so they can make the big ! I don't know how they get away with all the stuff that they get away with, but they need to be investigated.

This company is a scam who randomly bills people for telehealth. They don't pick up either.read more
