Last year, my PCP strongly suggested that I do a sleep study because my sleep apnea was not getting any better. I learned that after Covid, a sleep study could be done from the comfort of my own home. Unfortunately, the sleep study outfit that I chose turned out to be a bit unsatisfactory but in the end, Monitor Medical was very useful in getting the approval for my new cpap. They listened to me, exhausted & crying, and then quickly got my mom into a medicare paid home health routine. Not once did I have to remind them to follow through on their promises. I needed them to call in an RSV vaccine prescription to HEB pharmacy - I called at 8 am and when I went to the pharmacy at 140 pm they still hadn't done it. I called Happy Health and they did it in 10 minutes. I am going to be transferring my primary care to Happy Health.
