I have had over half a dozen scheduling problems even after talking & e-mailing them repeatedly. They continue to send me the wrong schedule. Their care giver was not given the lock box code to enter our house so she sat in our driveway for 45 minutes until I got home from my night off to let her in (the lock box belongs to synergy!). They have tried to send care givers out when no one is scheduled and not sent people out when we have had them scheduled. This has happened the day after I called them to verify the service. My stress as a full time care giver has actually gone up since I have worked with them. I have already replaced the weekend shift with another agency and I am thinking of replacing them all together. Clark Howard has a saying for this kind of situation: "Customer No-service".

I hadn't. When I suggested that he could have asked me if I had picked it up (and then confirmed it with the pharmacy), he offered no apology. He said it was the pharmacy's fault, not his.
