The grounds are not safe for handicapped or visually impaired. Equipment, like for eyes, hasn't been updated for 19 years (when I was there). It should be shut down.

I had a single bed room and it was very comfortable with a large bathroom. Their plan is to get you up and moving. The dining room food was good with many choices plus they are informed of each patients dietary restrictions. The staff if very friendly and helpful to your needs. They also have an inexpensive meal program for your family who might be visiting during a meal time. I specifically asked for a detailed voicemail so I would have documentation, but instead I was told there was "no point " to leave one. Zachary even replied to my Google review stating they'd leave a detailed message, but that did not happen. For the record, the office has three of my voicemails with my phone number, and Zachary is welcome to contact me directly. All I have asked for is something in writing that explains why I was told I was in-network when I was not, and what exactly the $200 charge for a 20-minute consult covers. To date, I have received no transparency or professionalism. Patients deserve better.

Billing is horrible. I was seen on May 11th, it's now June 9th, and nothing has been billed to my Insurance. I called office, and was told the claim was sent. I called my Insurance they said nothing has been received. I then wrote an email to the office, and was sent a copy of some fax as "proof" that they sent my claims. However, the fax does not has the name or phone number to whom it was sent. It only says "claims", and my info. LOL. What a joke. Needless to say I was told in the email to contact my Insurance again, so I did, still nothing. Gaslighting at it's finest or they sent it to the wrong place. LOL. I was also waiting on a referral. In that same email I was told that they faxed the referral to said doctor. I called that doctors office, and they do not have any referral from this office. Again, I was told by the office staff that it was sent on May 18th via fax, if that were true then the doctor's office would have it. Maybe they faxed it, but not to the right place. That's what you get when you have one person doing multiple jobs. The front desk lady is also the medical assistant. It's no wonder this is a mess!

There is no option to reach a person directly. Finally, at 2 pm that day, I received a call back, but by then, I had already seen a doctor at another clinic. The billing department is just as frustrating. Calls go straight to voicemail, and they say it will take 48 hours to get back to me. Every time they call back, I am at work and miss their call. They only bother to call once and leave a voicemail asking me to call them back. I've been playing this game for two months. I provided my insurance in he clinic but instead, they billed me the full amount as if I didn't have insurance... I would not recommend this clinic. They do not care about their patients.
