The inside of the steak quesadilla.

Three stars is generous. Pros: Free parking in lot clean and cute Good chips and queso. Slightly better than chipotle. Adequately pleasant employees. (Maybe a touch on the short and serious side). Cons: Out of carne asada, which I came for. Super expensive margaritas. Like 30% too much. I would have been a player at $7-$8 at a place like this but more than 9-12 for fast food? Nope. Bowl was watery. Fajita veggies were undercooked, almost raw Guacamole was super watery and had no flavor. Quesadilla was ridiculous. Only one out of four quarters had more than two tiny morsels of meat. It lacked the buttery toasty flavor on the outside of the quesadilla. Was soggy and oily outside. Food under-seasoned. Overpriced for quality for sure. Maybe we just hit them on a bad night. Hope so.

I kept reading reviews that said this place was like Chipotle, but good. I think Chipotle is pretty decent so I was intrigued. I'm glad I went. The food was really good, definitely very fresh, that you can tell. The gentleman at the counter taking my order and making the food was helpful with recommendations, and very friendly as well as helpful. The only sort of nitpicky thing I could add would be that I would appreciate more seasoning on the steak. I foolishly skipped taking a pic of my food because I was super hungry and ate it before I remembered. Loved that they have Mexicokes cold and ready to go. The ambiance is really nice with thoughtful decor, even down to the beautiful tile in the restroom.

I'm so glad I found YOU. YOU were hiding on my door dash app in plain sight... so perfect. So.. naughty? A 3lb burrito but who were you for? I thought my dinner plans were hopeless, but then I met YOU... Above average taste. Mid tier price (yes cheaper than Chipotle and much better value) HUGE portions. My wife had a bowl and I had this loaf of burrito. We ordered a large chips and Queso that was big enough for a family of 5. I'd order this again. I'd order this again tomorrow.

Besides the fact that another customer was racist to us at a latino inspired restaurant which is ironic, the place has a nice vibe to it. The workers were so nice! I came here because all the reviews say it reminds them of a better chipotle which is true. It's more expensive than chipotle but it taste better in my opinion. The horchata is too sweet so i wouldn't recommend it. The red sauce was too spicy for my boyfriend, the guacamole was fresh. The salsas are probably not made in house and are actually bottled salsas like Valentina & Yucateco. Overall the food is actually really good just a little pricy. We paid $35 for 6 tacos but they were very filling.

Very fresh and delicious food. I'd prefer this over chipotle and love supporting the small business owner.

I highly recommend this place over Chipotle and Qdoba. Local business, fresher ingredients and great service. One of my favorites!

I ordered the carne asada. Had a small fopa on original plate but the staff made an amazing recovery. Needless it was amazing. I ate wayyyyy to much. Overall we parked right in front and the restaurant was warm, clean with a great Hispanic feel. Best mecixan we have had so far in lincoln.

And tended to. We were served chips and salsa. Those were made in the restaurant. Piping hot and delicious salsa. I got a mangonada margarita and a malcojete seafood. Mixture of seafood ( shrimp octopus and scallops in a hot spicy sauce with mixed vegetables- cauliflower, brocoli pepper, onions and mushrooms). My hubby got a margarita that was similar to a cadillac margarita. And carne asada. It was very chill and family friendly ; when we were there, some college kids were there in a group and they basically placed tables together to form a row for them. Highlu adaptable. Our food came delicious and piping hot. I loved my order of malcojete seafood. Flavour was fantastic. Shrimp octopus and scallops were very nicely done- succulent and juicy. Considering we are in the midwest- the seafood they cooked was fantastic. I would urge them to cut the pieces of octopus just a little larger. The scallops were small but delicious. It was a fantastic meal and Julio's service was wonderful. Hubby's carne asada was a little dry initially but Julio took notice and had the kitchen serve up a better piece. Wonderful service recovery. We will be back. This is truly one of the best mexican places we have been to here in Lincoln.

Had a lovely lunch with my wife today we wanted to eat light so we both ordered appetizers…read more I had the beef nachos margarita. They were really good. Loved the mixed cheese. Our waitress was nice and on the ball.

Stopped in at Las Margaritas with my brother and sister-in-law (Lincoln locals and big fans of this…read morespot). We were seated right away, and the server even knew my brother's drink and dinner order, which felt like VIP treatment. It's a cute, clean establishment, very on par with most Mexican restaurants in the area. Chips and salsa arrived quickly. The chips were standard, but the salsas were fresh and tasty, with both hot and mild options. We started with the cheese dip, which was a little runny, but I actually like it that way. It even had spinach in it, so we'll call that healthy. Our crew ordered everything from shrimp diablo to nachos to chicken ranchero, while I went for the number one combo with three tacos. The food came quickly and looked great, but my tacos didn't hold up. The shells gave out under the weight of the beef, which was a bit on the greasy side. Instant sog city. Sadness. I ended up making tostadas out of the wreckage with the help of some of the table chips. Overall, not a bad stop. The menu is big, the service is friendly, and there is plenty more to try. I would come back, but probably not for tacos.
