This was an elective procedure and the receptionist told me legally they could not see me as a patient. I did not ask them to use my Medicare as I knew this would not be a covered procedure. I would never reccommend this facility because of this. The surgery went fine. I wasn't completely happy with the results as it looks like there is a stitch in the middle of my breasts that is to tight and a bulge/ripple on the left side. I am actually relieved they won't see me now because of legal reasons and their attorneys, it makes me feel like they have had issues and I would not go back to them or reccmmend them to anyone. I purchased a package from Woodhouse last summer and the front desk staff reiterated SEVERAL times that the package was for 18 months. I am positive I inquired about the expiration multiple times. It is also impossible to get anyone there to answer the phone. I called 6 times in the last two days to reschedule my appointment and no one answered the phone until my actual appointment time. I still called one last time as a courtesy and what do you know, someone finally answered. I was then told in a rather snooty tone "We've been up front with the phones all day so we would have known if you called." Perhaps they should actually answer the phone if they are up front watching them ring.... I have had a mixed bag of technicians here. Mostly positive experiences, but their staff turns over very frequently and I've also had pretty sub par massages. I hope they turn it around because the facility is beautiful and there really isn't another nice spa on this side of town.

I consider them ideals of feminine strength and beauty, and would have never known that they have PA Keri to help give Mother Nature a little help. We do all the things: good nutrition, work out, yoga, massage, stress management, mindfulness. So our bodies and mental health are youthful. I, at age 49, am the most fit I have every been and am often asked if I compete in fitness competitions or am a fitness instructor. I've been seeing Dr. Bryn Marsh for 5+ years now and cannot say enough good things about my experience with her. She listens and is attentive, offers various solutions and is open to trying new things as I navigate very acne and skin cancer prone skin. I see her for everything from biopsies to skin checks to Botox. Lots of turnover with the PAs but never had a bad experience. I also saw Dr. Pusey while on Accutane due to scheduling conflicts with Dr. Marsh and she was equally as attentive, calm and knowledgeable. Robin (who helps schedules Mohs surgery) is one of the kindest people ever. She is so sweet, level-headed and explains things extremely well. Ann in billing is amazing and really works with you and your insurance. The front desk had a lot of turnover recently and due to the learning curve, was charging me (and my partner who sees Dr. Fender) for wrong things or wrong amounts, and Ann remedied it for both of us quickly and effectively after we called. The only negative experience I had was with Dr. Walter for a chemical peel. Without getting into too much detail, I felt dismissed, talked down to and as though normal post-op questions from a first time peel patient were a waste of his time. I asked why they made the appointment knowing that. She told me the person who gave me Botox noted she had discussed the bee venom allergy. We never had that conversation because I wasn't even considering Juvederm. Again, if that were the case I wouldn't have made the appointment and Rejuvenate shouldn't have made the appointment. If you're reading this and you're allergic to bee venom it's not the Juvederm it's the enzyme hyaluroniidase that is used if they need to break down the Juvederm. If you don't like the results or in rare cases a vascular occlusion. I have an appointment with a doctor for Juvederm. Don't believe that because you're allergic to bee venom you absolutely can't get Juvederm. Do some research. Kelsey let me know she didn't want an incident/problem like that on her resume.
