I came here yesterday (10/5/23) for a skin tag removal. I was lucky enough to get in the same day I got referred! Everyone was super kind from the receptionist who called to schedule to Dr. Robert. My first impression stepping into the office was that everything was very clean and organized. As I said, I was only there for a skin tag removal but the whole appointment was very quick and proficient! I got there a bit early but I was in and out within 30 minutes. Dr. Robert explained everything to me, and even had suggestions for a surgery scar that he saw on me. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. There is absolutely no way to get ahold of this office. My primary (who is part of Grace Family Health) sent me here for HRT. I set up a telemedicine consultation 2 weeks after the referral because no one ever called me. The doctor said he would need to ask the other doctors what dose to put me on before sending one prescription, and then someone would call to schedule the other procedure. They called to schedule a "follow up" and I said I hadn't even had the procedure! They then said they would have to call back to schedule after speaking with the doctor. I have heard nothing from this office since then (over a week and a half ago). There is no way to talk to a live person, they use an answering service in another country and so no one answers. No one returns messages, my PRIMARY can't even get ahold of them. I scheduled another consultation just to talk to someone to try and get somewhere, no one sent a link, no one called, and of course no one answered the phone. I have never dealt with anything like this. I am leaving the whole practice entirely as it's impossible to get anything done. Go elsewhere. read more

would NOT recommend Ageless Grace . I had an appointment to have cosmetic procedure and So called PA which turns out to be Robert did the procedure. Robert burned my nose with a laser and denied doing it. From there the last three years have been a nightmare. I am permanently scarred. .... They tried to cover it up and deny the treatment and so forth. Robert should had never operated a service with out proper training and witness in the room. Dr. Lily his wife tried number of treatments to repair the damage .. never followed thru on their end now .. waited for the timing of matters ... INSULT TO INJURY. I lost all respect for this group. I went on good faith to ask them to fix it... now I have to learn to live with it quoted by Dr.. In closing, Ask for paperwork!!! In person not over email... your paperwork will not be return in its original form. Hint... I have proof. Shame on you Grace Health and Ageless Grace . And although I have been using different types of retinoids over the last couple years , the one I was given was new to me and I had never used it before . After using for about 3 weeks I started having a strong skin reaction to the product . I called the office many times , every time no answer . I left voicemails , and my calls were never returned even when I explained in the messages I was having a problem with a product they prescribed me . I had miradry done about a month ago and ageless made the experience so easy and painless. Robert, PA explained the process and answered all my questions appropriately. The procedure itself took less than an hour. I iced intermittently for the next day or so and felt good after a few days. Results were immediate for me. I workout often and hate how much I sweat in the gym but I don't sweat underneath my arms or have to use deodorant any longer. I recommend miradry for anyone debating about doing it. read more

My rating and comments are not aimed at the staff - they are wonderful. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the laser skin resurfacing treatment I had. I spent $1,400 for one session to include my eyes and facial area. The treatment did not work based on the description I received of the after recovery and results. I immediately called the office for a follow-up appointment. They were kind enough to offer me two options. (1) a full refund or (2) two more treatment sessions at no additional costs. I went for the two additional sessions because I really wanted the procedure. I know, and have seen results, of four other women who used a different clinic and had beautiful results after just one 1 session, and did not need multiple sessions. After a total of 3 sessions and spending a lot of money, I still have not seen any results/improvement in my skin. In fact, two months after my last session, my skin is so dry that I MUST apply facial oil under my foundation. Perhaps their equipment is outdated and they should replace it with more modern technology. I previously had Botox injections twice in my upper lid at Ageless Grace and did not see any improvement. They seem to be overly conservative, which then requires the patient to return and incur additional cost. read more

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. I informed the PA Jennifer that I had a little drooping on the last visit and could we go higher. She proceeded to just say make an angry face and injected. (NO MAPPING MY FACE OR CLEANING THE AREA, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSAFE) She then said well go higher next time after we see what this does. I already knew what going low would do, that is why I stated to go higher. I had another appointment 2 doors down at the with a PA (she was amazing) for another unrelated appt. As soon as I walked in she said, "Wow, you have a hematoma on your forehead." She prescribed an anti bruising medication. I have never bruised like this before and was told she probably went too deep. I will never go there again. Doing my research to find a group that really knows faces and procedures. read more

I would have given Ageless Grace 5 stars if they took my insurance. I paid cash for my procedure of hormone pellet insertion, however my insurance will cover it if I have a note from the Dr. stating I need the pellet. I can't get anyone to get back to me after leaving numerous messages for Dr. Lily Philips that a simple note is all I need. I mean $450 is $450 and my insurance will reimburse me if I have the Dr's note. Guess since it's not her $$$ she doesn't care or is just too busy. Her husband, also a Dr. is the one who placed the pellet and he was great, spending lots of time with me answering all my questions. The office is beautiful and clean. I met the Spa Director, Kristen at the Professional Women's Roundtable at Wilson Creek Winery. We learned that we had a lot in common, she's worked in the spa and beauty industry for a while & I am the Assistant Manager at the day spa that I work for of 5 years. We got to talking about what type of services her office offers, vis versa and I learned that they offer Botox, which our office does not. I scheduled a session and I was impressed the moment I entered. There's this super cute beverage bar, it's nice and clean. The decor is amazing! Kristen greeted me and brought me back to consultation room, where their P.A Robert met me. He asked me what area's I was interested in receiving the injections and then he showed me a diagram of the facial muscles and explained to me how everything works. He took his time to answer my questions (there was a lot, started asking about the other services too!) and educate me. Once we decided on the amount of units I was going to receive, he had Kristen come back in the room and she went over the treatment plan and cost of everything. Including quotes for the other services I was interested in too. She's very knowledgeable and answered more of my questions! After, I decided to go forwarded with just the Botox. Robert took me to another room where the nurse scanned my veins and marked my forehead (I thought that was super neat!) the injections happened. Super quick and painless. Kristen checked me out at the end and she's always super friendly! I noticed the results fairly quick and I haven't needed to return yet to get more injections. I had the best experience ever with Ageless Grace. I will highly recommend them to family and friends for years to come. I reschedule my appointment for later that day without any hassle. I arrive at the office early to be greeted by two very beautiful, stunning women at the front desk. They are very warm and welcoming. They offered me water or coffee. It made me feel right at home. Even pointed out where the restroom was. They are so accommodating.. The office is clean with very appealing funiture. It was my privilage to have my appointment with Robert the PA. He explained to me the procedure in details. He didnt rush me when I asked questions. He didnt try to sell me anything. What I noticed about Robert when I was having my consultation and most doctors that I have seen are missing this, Robert is very caring. Vanessa, one of the beautiful girls that was in the front when I came in, went over the treatment cost. She was very sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. The prices are affordable and reasonable. My 13 year old daughter was having a skin issue. We needed to go in asap as she was having pain. They informed me that the dermatologist, Michael, only did dermatology on Tuesdays (this was a Wednesday that i I had called). I asked if he may be able to call us back the following morning to help us figure out what to do while we waited for her appt. the next Tuesday. To my surprise the receptionist called me the next morning and said that he was going to squeeze her in that morning as he did not want her to be in pain. She was scared to have a procedure done on her leg and Michael was unbelievably kind and caring towards her. She was crying and he took his time to reassure her and get her to trust him. His bedside manner was extremely professional and we left very very grateful. This facility is part of Grace Family Health and we have been going there for years. I went in for a facial. I had not had a facial in a long time. I made my appointment and it seemed like they squeezed me in. I just said I'd take the advice of the esthetician as to what type of facial. Francesca seemed to be the only one there. She suggested an aqua facial that took 8 minutes for $75.00. The room had no spa music and the lights are bright so when you lie down there's this bright ass light shining on you. She got to work, late and honestly it went quickly. She left me in the room for a long time, after dimming the light. I was alone so long I ended up getting my phone to check text messages and even play a game. When she returned she wiped off whatever cream she left on my face and quickly said thank you and I was done! What a waste of time and . Although she was very nice, I was highly disappointed with the price and being rushed. I won't return. As for the facial, I see no huge difference. If suggest finding a place that specializes in skin care with a relaxing atmosphere like soundscapes. I felt like she rushed me into having a facial that cost the same but did not require the amount of time a European facial may take bc she was running behind.
