I went to Sharone for facials and they were ok. She was very personable and kind. I really liked her. After a few sessions she stated that she also does brows and since I didn't have any, just some old bad tattooing, she proceeded to pencil brows on me. They were fabulous! At that point I decided to have the old brows lasered off. This was done in July 2020 and again in Sept. 2020. There was a very faint shadow that she looked at and told me it was nothing. Fast forward to April of 2021 and my appointment with her at her home. I took pictures of my brows prior to arriving at her home. This was a nightmare. She has a sweet little dog who slept on my legs the entire time. I really didn't mind as my tiny dog does the same. She has her medical assistant 111 certificate hanging on the wall. The process in done in her living room. She had me lay down on the table and proceeded to plot/map my brows as expected. Never did she sit me up to see how they looked. Disclosure, I am a senior female. Part way through the procedure I said I needed to see and was horrified to see the placement of my right brown. She reassured me and continued. Then onto the left brow. While micro blading the left brow she launched into a heated diatribe of her failed relationship while carving into my brow. She applied more numbing cream when I told her I was in pain. She continued. When she was totally done and I got up I was devastated at what I saw. Thick brown orange brows! Told me two days later that it was my "own blood". After a brief discussion she asked if I wanted to leave them or "lift" the pigment. I said "lift". She washed my brows off and I left. But I paid her $400.00 as I had agreed to do. Yes, I was a fool to do this. Stupid me. But I didn't want an issue with Dr. Neuman or her for a non-payment. I regret this. I have since made a formal demand for refund based on the harm done to me. I have met with my attorney and will pursue legal action. I went home and applied Aquafor because my left brow was so painful. Five days post procedure I went to my Dermo who at first thought I might have an infection (left brow very festered) and put me on antibiotics and an ointment for staph. Thankfully I did not have an infection. What I did have is an very deep wound to the middle of my brow which now is an indented horizontal scar. Nice. It is still very red and itchy. I will need to see a laser specialist in a month or two for a consult to see if any of this can be remedied. The problems here are many. First, she should have sat me up to see where my brows would fall. When you plot this work with the client lying down you can't see what the result will be if you don't sit the person up. Older people have skin that is more lax. Secondly, she stated that my skin is thin and delicate due to age. Yes, she would know this as she is my esthetician. Right? Never did she tell me I might not be a good candidate for this. And last but not least after my infection scare I checked with the Riverside Co. Health Dept and surprise, she is not licensed! And furthermore, it is not legal to perform this work in your home. She may be good for some but not all. She has harmed me and left me at this point, disfigured. I look bad. My expression is sad due the the brows being low and straight. They make my eyes appear even smaller than usual. I have lost days of sleep over this. She gets her clients through Dr. Neuman's business. He condones her work. I told him about this and he looked at my brows. He told me they talked it over and worked it out. Not sure what that even means?? No one worked it out with me. He recommended that I go back to see her!!! Not sure if he even knows she is unlicensed. Bottom line here is: I TRUSTED HER COMPLETELY! I really did. I liked her immensely. I told many people about her and the pictures she showed me of her work. I am heartbroken over this and my trust in people is badly shaken. I have no idea how or IF this will heal. I will know more in a month when I have my consult. This is my first EVER Yelp review. I established a YELP account for the sole purpose of hopefully preventing others from going through what I've gone through. This should never have happened. Be aware, it is her responsibility to tell her brow clients that she is not licensed. I felt I was in a safe place at Dr. Neuman's. read more

Sharone is an amazing and highly skilled medical aesthetition. I have had clear smooth skin my entire life and as soon as I turned 30 I noticed I was getting both sun spots and milia cysts of my face. I did a little research online to see if there are any procedures that could remove them and saw that there were a few things I could do for the sun spots but my options for permanently removing the mila without any scarring were not as assuring . I searched here on Yelp to find someone to take care of the sun spots and found Le Visage. In my first appointment with Sharone she was able to remove all of the sun spots and she mentioned that she could also take care of the milia. While I wasn't confident that she would be able to remove the milia I decided to let her try, and I'm glad I did. In two sessions she was able to permanently remove every milia cyst I had without any scarring. I was really desperate to book someone last minute because my skin needed a lot of TLC last week. I called and message other places but Sharone was the only one who responded and was available at the time. I'm not going to write all the details about my not so pleasant visit because it's too long to explain how bad my experience was. All I can say is that she doesn't have any bedside manners and had very poor customer service. She was judgmental and demanding. She made me feel bad about myself. She made comments about everything including why I don't pluck my eyebrows. Also when I was asked her about some skin advice she said "I don't know your life, I wouldn't know" ... Those were here exact words. She was also kind of pushy about upgrading my facial to micro dermabrasion. I ended up paying $120 plus $20 tip, when I called she said it was $65-100 for a facial. I also felt rushed like she didn't really do anything special except put treatments on my face. She was in a hurry to get me out of there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
