I found my go to massage therapist! The comments are true! Sonji is a very nice lady and she do have an angelic voice with healing hands! She listened to everything I needed done and applied just the right amount of pressure when needed. I easily get hurt when I get my massages before but Sonji knows where to apply pressure without giving me discomfort. I have had injuries for nearly 20 years that continuously persisted with burning and bruising pain in the teres major and minor area (located where the shoulder and back muscle tissues connect). After seeing several medical doctors, specialists, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and using different physical therapy equipment apparatuses and healing ointments, nothing really worked. I came to Sonji through a recommendation. I informed her of the nagging pain that consistently kept me up at night just to see if she could give me some temporary pain relief and work on the painful area. She applied pressure that felt uncomfortable at first. However, she is the only person that spent the majority of massage therapy time on that area. Since that massage therapy session, that persisting nagging, burning, and bruising pain has subsided where I do not sense the pain anymore. She is cognizant of my pain areas and focused on that area.
