The ladies at the front were very friendly and welcoming. The beauty treatment waiting room is cute, smaller but has a coffee machine, sodas and water, snacks and more. I love these little touches! My provider was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me and get to know my goals in getting treatment. She went over suggestions and several options and I felt very comfortable. Process was same as every other time - little pinching here and there but totally doable. They also give a little cold pack for you to take. (Tissue Allograft with Wharton's Jelly) From the first moment of speaking to Stephanie over the phone (who did a very thorough intake) to my initial exam, I was greeted with amazing courtesy and enthusiasm. I decided to try it. I recently had ANOTHER MRI taken for a different physician to review. He did not know I had had a torn ACL. I asked him how it looked - he said: "Perfect. Why are you asking?" I asked him to look at my previous MRI. He was SHOCKED. He said not only was my ACL completely FINE - there wasn't even a scar. He was shocked this result came from this form of medical care. I am going to be honest in telling whoever reads this review - my "regular" doctors were very skeptical that I chose this modality. Regenerative medicine is often seen as "not real."
