I was very pleased how easy it was to make an appointment not only for a consultation but to have the work I wanted done. I tried other places and they cater to women who don't work for a living. Scheduling was impossible unless you were available during working hours. While they don't offer financing, they do Allē points so that helps. Kelsey did my work and explained everything. She didn't try to oversell me on products. She was knowledgeable, friendly and knows what she is doing. Have a consult first as you never know what injectable is right for you. I'm pleased with the results and know I will return. It's a little hard to get to being off of the 101 and cave creek. Parking is limited but otherwise competitive pricing, monthly specials and great people who not only answer texts promptly but pick up the phone when you call! read more

I had Botox and payed $520 dollars and it didn't take, after returning home 2 weeks from vacation, I left a message explaining the situation, and did not receive a call back. I then called again, and rescheduled with Stephanie and had to pay an additional $550. and once again it did not work. I asked for Stephanie to call me and I was not allowed to speak, she continually spoke over me. she said I was a dissatisfied client and there was nothing she could do for me and I insisted that she do something, she said she was booked up for the next two weeks and then it would be too late to have a recheck. I was not mean, I just said that she should be willing to correct the issue and she said again, there is nothing I can do for you and that I was verbally abusive on the phone, which is not a true statement, I was not allowed to speak. I am very disappointed with my experience at this Institute and I was treated unfairly, and threw away over $1,000. read more
