I don't usually write reviews but I just had to share what a great experience I had with Ageless MD . I been struggling with my weight for about a year now . As a 51 year old woman going through Menopause dieting and exercise was not working out for me anymore . I made the decision to do something about it . I came across an Ageless MD promo through Instagram for Semaglutide . I have to be honest at first I was skeptical and concern about the side effects . Love this place! I flew in from SanFran to get a PDO thread lift for my brows because DocT an absolute expert with the procedure! So glad I did because the results look awesome! At 37 years old I started to get some sag in my brow area and imo the small sag made me look much older. I was skeptical on going because first of all they did everything through text I know Covid has been in a inconvenience for everyone but I've never had any kind of work done so I had a million questions the girls were all so happy to answer them via text! I had the Diamond Glow facial treatment with Kim. She was so sweet!! I haven't had a good facial in a long time so this was the perfect pick-me-up my skin needed. Diamond Glow is a 3-in-1, exfoliation, extraction and serum infusion. The device that goes across your face has a tip made with actual crushed diamonds, hence the name. I think Kim said there are different tip variations and serums to customize treatment to your skin. Overall, the treatment was ultra relaxing that I didn't remember much LOL. My face felt so clean and looked so dewy afterwards. Days after the treatment my skin was still glowing! Shining bright like a Diamond haha!! Oh, I also added on the LED red light therapy on after the facial and loved it! It gave me more time to nap LOL. I will have to come back again!! I have known Dr. Tsay since our medical residency training at L.A. County. We graduated and went on to practice our perspective specialties in medicine. Years went by before his name had come up again after I moved to Irvine now living in Orange County. He was the talk of the town in the beauty industry! Love this place ! Dr. Tsay is a true artist in my eyes. He can see things other doctors can not. I've had a few services done by him. Voluma, Botox, bellafill. He's doesn't over fill or push anything that you do not need. Every time I have had an appointment with him he has been patient, attentive, thorough, and always answers questions I have and gives me his honest opinion. Love that he always recommends the best for long term results. It's a drive for me but after having services with Dr. Tsay I can't imagine going anywhere else, he's definitely worth the drive! Called to schedule a consultation for a service. They charge a $100 consult fee. Which I think is high to simply look at me and give me a quote for service. However I was willing to book the appointment. Upon booking I was informed that the $100 would need to be paid UP FRONT. And If I needed to cancel the appointment I would NOT be refunded my money. My end goal for Q-Switch was to achieve clear, unblemished skin. Happily enough, the procedure and the service are excellent. It's painless and there is no downtime. I am very happy for the result, the service and affordable price. I don't even know how to express my excitement and how happy I am with Dr. Tsay. He is an amazing doctor. Extremely detailed and meticulous. In November I got my cheeks done elsewhere and lost a little bit of weight after having my baby in August. The first place I lose weight is in my face and I notice the hollow of my cheeks looking thinner. My face was losing its shape. I was looking thinner then I am, which wasn't very pleasant to see in pictures. I had heard of Sculptra, but to be quite honest, I thought it was for someone much older. I was totally wrong! While searching through Instagram, I come across Ageless MD page and of course looked them up on yelp. I read every single review before coming to them. I am so happy I did. My consultation went well, Dr. Tsay made me feel comfortable and answered every question I had and seen what flaws I was happy with. He was able to see through my eyes, what I was seeing and what I wasn't happy with. Not many Drs. do that. He agreed Sculptra would add fullness and volume to my cheek hollowness and my inner cheek area. I booked my appointment for 03/01 at 10:30AM. I signed my consent form, sat for a bit and was called into the patient room to get numbed for 30 mins. I was moved to the room where all the magic begins. He made sure I was comfortable and asked me if I needed a stress ball. I was relaxed. He made me feel relaxed. He began preparing every (mixing lidocaine in my Sculptra vial,. Etc.) I'll say, Dr. Tsay has an amazing hand, I felt little to no pain. He continually asked if I was okay and if I needed a break. Nope, not me! Pain is beauty for me, although I felt nothing, but pressure. 30 or so minutes later, Dr. Tsay was done. Of course, I has a little swollen and felt soreness. I looked a bit like big momma (Eddie Murphy's) lmao. I was given a instant ice pack and drove my butt home to hide from the world. Here I am 7 days after. Beautiful! I feel and look like I am 18 years old. I go back in 6 weeks for my second treatment (vial). I was told I needed 2 vials in 2 treatments. If you don't know about Sculptra, do your research and consult with Dr. Tsay. He is the bomb.com... I've attached pictures from before, after the treatment and 7 days after. This review is LONG overdue. I got lip fillers at Ageless, MD August 2017 & I absolutely love them. I did a lot of research on MedSpa's before I decided to go to Dr.Tsay. I chose Ageless, MD because 1. The injector is a DOCTOR (you would think this is a 'given' but a lot of times assistants are the ones who perform the procedure.) 2. He had consistent good results (not like some spas that only have 1 or 2 "good" results.) 3. I liked his technique (He's definitely perfected the keyhole pout and accentuates the Cupid's bow). I had a consultation with Dr.Tsay a week before I actually went in to get the fillers. During the consultation he was so patient and truly listened to the lip shape I wanted and showed me pictures of what he thought would work for me. He wasn't pushy at all and didn't make me feel pressured to make an appointment. The day of my appointment Dr.Tsay walked me though everything he was doing and gave me a mirror so I could see where he was injecting the product. The procedure took about 15-25 min in total. Dr.Tsay saves a little bit of product for your follow up appointment (2-3 weeks after procedure) just in case you need anything fixed since your lips swell up quick during the procedure and you sometimes can't see minor imperfections. I loved that he saved some product because other medspa's don't & it's easy to end up with symmetry issues etc. Dr.Tsay takes it one step further and follows up with you a few days after the procedure via text. He responds to any and all of your questions and concerns. (Which I had since this was my first time--I had a lot of dumb questions tbh). I appreciated this since I'm one to quickly freak out if I think something is wrong. I'm adding pictures because it was one of the things that made me chose Dr.Tsay. The picture of my entire face was my lips before (they were super thin)!!!!! The picture with the green check mark was taken immediately after, the one with the more glossy look was taken about 3 weeks after, the picture with the bright lipstick was taken 4 months after & the picture with the more natural color is of my lips now. I have honestly gotten SO many compliments on my lips! They look and feel so natural and juicy. It's been 7 MONTHS and my lips still look full! Cathy was kind, however, the 4 vials of PCDC/kybella didn't seem to work at all for me. My chin fat looks the same. $1200 down the drain. They did recommend 3 treatments but I expected to see at least a little improvement with 4 vials. So because of not seeing any results, I did not return for more. read more

This is the office you need to go to if you want to be taken care of. The office itself is esthetically pleasing and super clean. Every staff member is so helpful and friendly. Dr. Tsay is the only person I'd trust to touch my face and is my only go to, to address my pain. I've had chronic back pain for over 18 years--mostly due to stress, and Dr. Tsay botox all of my trigger points. No more weekly acupuncture, chiropractor, and massage appointments needed.
