They scrubbed my face clean and put on a jelly mask. While wearing the mask, she started washing my hair. She scrubbed it twice, did my shoulder and neck. I also got a nice massage and waterfall water. Later, they put on a heating eye mask and steam your hair. I got massaged with some lotion and hot rock on both arms, shoulder, and back. It can be pretty hot and the massage can be strong so you can tell them. Lastly, your hair will be blow dry and brushed while you get a little foot massage. It was $70 total for package #5. My primary care physician referred me here to look at a painful, irritating spider bite, but this place feels strictly like a cosmetic medical spa. Everyone walking in and out looked heavily augmented, which explains why a legitimate medical concern like mine didn't seem to fit their demographic. If you want fillers, hair plugs, or cosmetic treatments, maybe this place is for you. But if you need actual medical help, do not come here. Shame on them for such poor, unprofessional scheduling. If you cannot manage a basic calendar, I cannot trust you to do anything else right.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Amir Mortazavi the other day. For decades, I struggled with excessive sweating of my palms and feet (hyperhidrosis). It didn't matter that I wasn't physically exerting myself. I work indoors with air conditioning, spend most of my time in climate-controlled environments, and tried countless remedies including different socks, shoes, foot powders, and other products but nothing made a meaningful difference. It was incredibly frustrating and, honestly, very embarrassing walking around at work and anywhere else I go when I can felt my socks were saturated with sweat and slippery. Even simple things like shaking someone's hand became a source of embarrassment. After receiving Botox treatment from Dr. Mortazavi for my palms and feet, I finally experienced the relief I had been searching for. The improvement has made a tremendous difference in my confidence and quality of life. I only wish I had sought treatment years ago. Figuratively speaking, there's almost always a price to pay when making personal improvements. The Botox injections in my palms and feet caused some temporary discomfort because those areas are very sensitive, but the procedure was manageable and well worth it. The Botox injections on my forehead and around my crow's feet were much more comfortable and virtually painless by comparison, but most importantly the procedure itself was performed gingerly. I also chose to have Botox for my forehead wrinkles and crow's feet around my eyes. As a man, I believe it's perfectly acceptable to take care of your appearance. There's absolutely nothing to be ashamed of in wanting to look your best while aging gracefully. The results are natural looking, refreshed and not looking like a deformed "Barbie doll" Dr. Mortazavi took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. His professionalism, skill, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that I was in excellent hands. If you're struggling with excessive sweating or are considering Botox for cosmetic reasons, I highly recommend Dr. Amir Mortazavi. His expertise has significantly improved both my comfort and my confidence, and I couldn't be happier with my results. God bless him. read more

I can not tell you how happy I am to have found this office. Plump is run by an actual doctor that went to medical school and has experience not only with lasers, botox, Sculptra, vitamin shots, weight loss, micro needling, hair rejuvenation & transplants (to name a few) but also does all the procedures himself. There is no nurse or helper, I LOVE this. He has a good beside manner... the office is clean (important) and he explains all procedures pro's and con's prior to performing them. Recently in passing I mentioned these Hot Flashes cause I am nearing the Mature Ladies that lunch stage and he said THAT was an area of special study for him. He took a blood test and offered options to me. His office has become kind of a BIG deal as I get specialized care, I don't have to wait long periods of time in the waiting room (again important cause I'm a MOM) he has very reasonable prices (better than my PCP) he has this Sunday Society special's that are AMAZING BTW. I told all the girls at my office about him and brought my husband in to see Dr. Amir for some facial scarring and male stuff (which Dr. treated and fixed) So, I like many others am so happy to have found him. For those reviewers that have complaints...I have always taken my grievances up with the provider directly at my next appointment bypass the receptionist (they can't do anything) Most times its not what you say but how you say it. This place is amazing otherwise I would have not brought my husband in. He is very afraid of procedures but Dr. Amir gave him a great experience, he was very careful with my husband and now my husband wont go anywhere else. Had our first visit at the new office that is only a hop and a skip away from the old one. Such a nice facility. Still very clean, esthetic and private... like your very own oasis. Dr. Amir Mortazavi is truly exceptional. He has an incredible eye for detail and enhancement while still keeping everything natural, elegant, and balanced.
