It seems that customer satisfaction is the last thing they care about.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had both Botox and laser hair removal treatments here. My Botox lasted less than two months. During my consultation, I was told that even in the worst-case scenario, the results would last at least 3-4 months. If I had been told it might only last two months, I would never have spent $1,000 for such short-lived results. As for the laser hair removal, after several sessions I noticed that my hair was still growing as before, and I still had to shave regularly. Before my pregnancy, I had laser hair removal at a different clinic, and I hardly needed to shave because the hair growth had been significantly reduced. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I brought up my concerns, I was simply told that it was "normal." If that's normal, then why didn't I have the same experience with my previous laser treatments? They had no explanation. I love Glow Up Med Spa. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Jade and she walked me through the check-in process and she was so sweet and professional. I also got to meet Bianca who is the owner and she did a little tour showing me all the good spots that they have for pictures. I was there for Botox which I was seen by their nurse Vanessa. Vanessa They had taken pictures and Vanessa asked me questions about what I was looking for in results. I really like how in-depth Vanessa went with certain concerns of mine about the Botox. I've had it done previously at other locations, but I wanted to give this spot a shot since I was referred by a friend. The process was very fast.
