The transformation Dr. Tsay has done on my nose is truly remarkable. I came to Dr. Tsay after extensive research into the possibilities of reshaping my nose after undergoing multiple surgeries, several rounds of nose filler at other medspas, and then several rounds of dissolving my old nose filler. He offered a unique approach via Kenalog Nose slimming injections that completely fixed my asymmetric, bulbous tip, which is something that my 2 previous rhinoplasties were unable to accomplish. To my knowledge, Dr. Tsay is the only provider who offers the Kenalog Nose Slimming procedure, and based on his experience and expertise helping people such as myself with a complex nose history, I knew I could trust him to achieve safe and aesthetically pleasing results. I appreciated that Dr. Tsay took a multi-visit, conservative approach to treating my nose. Over several months he made precise, gradual changes and adjustments using Kenalog and later filler to really sculpt an ideal, balanced, and symmetric nose shape for me. On top of that, he actually asked for my input and preferences on several key aesthetic details during my appointments. He took time to ask about the specific look I was going for, rather than giving me copy and paste results. I love that he prioritizes the overall proportions of my face and how it everything balances out. The way he used filler to make my nose appear smaller and slimmer than ever is pretty incredible. He also added more of a slope and raised my tip which is something no injector had been able to do for me before. My experience with Dr. Tsay could not have gone better and it really was a complete transformation from where I started. Surgical level results without having to undergo a risky 3rd surgery.
