What makes it even more frustrating is that the office frequently calls and texts asking if I can come in earlier, but even after rearranging my schedule, I still end up waiting. The front desk staff have been consistently rude and unprofessional. If you ask why your appointment is running late or how much longer the wait will be, you're often met with attitude rather than a helpful response. Customer service should be respectful and professional, especially when patients are already waiting beyond their scheduled appointment times. As a customer, I don't feel that my time is valued, and the overall experience has been disappointing enough that I'm considering finding another place for my laser hair removal treatments.

Susie is one of a kind, she takes time to listen and understand, while also sharing her expertise and recommendations. I've never had a problem that she hasn't been able to help with. I've seen her for years and she is consistent, I know I'm going to get exactly what I need. I've had lasers, Botox, fillers (all while on a limited budget), you name it, she has put the work in with me. I personally like to err on the side of natural with very minor tweaks, and her work in that regard is impeccable. Most recently she recommended a series of Coolpeel treatments and I cannot believe how different my skin looks. I had never even heard of this laser, but now I'm obsessed. I've never felt more confident in the skin I am in; And that is the entire purpose of these treatments. Whatever your needs, I am confident in referring Susie, her ability to listen and understand enable her to tailor treatments very specifically for each individual. Lastly- the space is so warm and inviting. The vibes are amazing, I feel like I'm with my friends in how we can share stories, joke and have a good time. There is no awkward silence, the space and people make it feel like a cozy upscale spa filled with friends. However, I left feeling unclear about the qualifications of the person who performed my injections and whether the providers were operating under another individual's medical license. During my appointment, an employee took photos of me and laughed while looking at them, which made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Although I was told I needed more than 20 units, I explained that I only wanted the 20 units I had purchased, focused around my eyes. After the treatment, my eye became swollen and bruised, which has made me concerned about the placement of the injections. Based on my personal experience, I will not return. I strongly encourage others to confirm the injector's name, credentials, and level of experience before receiving any treatment here.
