After 6 months with a mystery painful illness, 5…read more different doctors and several tests with no clear diagnosis, I was in pain and unable to move my body,  I was referred to Dr. Hoar who listened to my needs and kept an open mind to find possible ways to heal my body.   I wasn't able to move,  drive, or even sleep on my back,  and I needed assistance from family members to move for months.   Since the first adjustment Dr. Hoar helped me recover and explained the whole process to me.  After just a few weeks of treatment I'm now able to walk more,  sleep on my back and on my side, and I'm starting to recover my body strength.  The treatment is not finished yet, but I feel confident that I will be much better soon.   This office has become a place where I can find friendly and professional staff assisting me with my recovery, they have the necessary tools from x ray machines, massage therapists and  therapists assistants to tailor the treatment to your needs. Thank you Dr. Hoar and all your staff for the devotion you put into finding a solution to my mystery case.

Heck of a deal, right? So, I went, and because I have SO many eyelashes, the appointment lasted almost 3 hours, which I was fine with, I knew it would be a time-consuming process. However, after I left my appointment, I went straight to work(and I'm just a hostess, so I normally just stand around). I stopped at my home long enough to literally just change my shoes, and then jetted out the door! I didn't touch my face, didn't change clothes, nada. So there was nothing I had done that could have affected the lashes. At the end of my shift, I noticed that at least a THIRD of my extensions on BOTH outer(and inner with one eye) were already completely gone. Bummer. So, I contacted the technician, and she offered to fix them for free, yay! Went back for another time-consuming appointment. Loved them. A week later, the extensions were almost completely gone. Mind you, I do literally nothing with my face for skin care. I wasn't using oil-based makeup remover or face wash, I don't wear mascara at all(hence wanting the extensions), didn't wet them before 24 hours(both times I actually waited more like 48), I don't have a rigorous job, I don't touch my face excessively--I literally can't think of anything in my routine that would have ruined the extensions so quickly. Contacted the tech again, and she offered to fix them, again at no charge, one last time, only she would use a new glue! We schedule the appointment for early one morning. Not that it's totally relevant, but I live 30 minutes away from the spa, so it wasn't exactly a hop, skip, and boat ride away. I get to the spa for my appointment, and my tech wasn't there. She forgot about our appointment. I told her via the receptionist(they were on the phone) no worries, we could reschedule it. She never got back with me to reschedule. I reached out a couple weeks later, and eventually the conversation ended, yet again, with me giving my availability and getting no response. I tipped her nicely the first time she did my lashes and would have continued to tip her whether she charged me or not. I'm really just not happy with the customer service I received from my tech, and I'm bummed with the quality of eyelash extensions I received. She seemed very nice as a person, but the lack of professionalism in some areas left more to be desired. On the other hand, what I saw of the facility was nice, upscale, and classy! All the employees I interacted with were friendly as well.

The young lady greeted me with a wonderful smile, and paperwork to fill out. The waiting area was clean, and offered many products for sale. The service room was neat, and tidy. Kat offered a warm bed, clean robe and hair band. The service was amazing. Kat not only did a wonderful job with my facial Dermaplane, she offered a wonderful neck, shoulder and arm massage. The oils, lotions and products she used smelt amazing! And my results were awesome! She was very informative and patient with me. I have sensitive teeth, especially cold sensations on the left side from a crown that I had put on me about a year ago in Farragut. Dr. Solly came in to inspect my teeth and cleaning afterwards, and was especially helpful, when he asked me questions about my sensitivity. He found out that I have not been able to chew on my left side of mouth due to a bad installation of a crown from a different office in Farragut, to which they tried to adjust it 3 different times, charging me for the adjustments along the way. Dr. Solly adjusted it, I went to a restaurant about 1 hour later, and VOILA! I could finally eat on the left side without any problem! I finally found the ONE DENTIST who is a GOD SEND! Also, Dr. Solly and his staff are very helpful regarding my boyfriends issues finding a dentist who is in his insurance network that has integrity. To date, he is still struggling finding a dentist who has integrity and my boyfriend is leaning towards asking to join Dr. Solly's office as a patient, because we both know that he is a SAINT! On a whim, I thought I'd call Natural Smiles and explained the situation Monday morning. I called around 9:40 a.m. and was driving home at 11:30 a.m. One less tooth, but also no more pain. They really are like all the reviews say - fantastic. I'm forever grateful they saw me so promptly even tho I am no longer a patient.
