Came in feeling like a rusty lawn chair that had been left outside since 1997. My lower back was not listening to me or understanding what my intentions. DR. Tallest looked at me, did about three mysterious stretches, and then performed what I can only describe as a highly professional game of Jenga with my spine. Next thing I know...Crack. Then another Crack. At one point I'm pretty sure my soul left my body and came back with a better posture. I walked i shaped like a question mark and walked out looking like an exclamation point. I love the people at Alcoa Chiropractor. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they are never on time. I have waited at the most an hour and a half past my appointment time. I get there on time and it is very frustrating to be kept waiting so long. A few minutes I understand but the last few times it has been at least an hour and, like I said, as long as 1 1/2 hours past my appointment time. I may be retired but my time is just as valuable as theirs. Other than this one complaint I have been very pleased with my care there!!! read more

Dr. Hoar and all the staff are wonderful! I had a job with a lot of repetitive motion which was causing a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder plus I have arthritis and flare-ups from old injuries.
