I called thinking I'd have to reschedule, but they were so kind and found a way to squeeze me in later that day at 4 PM, even though they closed at 6. I was honestly so grateful. Two sweet nurses, Mallory and Emily T, worked on me at the same time so I wouldn't miss out on my full session. They made me feel so comfortable the entire time by talking to me to keep me distracted, and pressing down with every zap to ease the sting. It really made such a difference. Denise and Miranda at the front desk were also super friendly and accommodating, just really great energy all around. I had a good experience here at first with my treatments working and being very happy with everything even though it was pricey. I joined the lifetime membership to receive discounted touch ups. So here I am about 4 years later needing touch ups for the hair coming back in an area highly effected by hormones (understandable). BUT they changed their hours, only book 2 weeks ahead of time and have like 6 time slots available all during work hours...I'll probably have to seek out another business to get the treatment I need. read more

This place is a complete scam. I went in to inquire about some of the services that Ideal Image offers and wanted to ask some questions. The manager Krystal had met with me and had convinced me on the ultherapy knowing my condition, I was a little hesitant but she assured me it was fine, I can see now she was just trying to make a sale. A few days later I had changed my mind and did not feel comfortable going forward with this procedure for the medical reasons I shared with her. I asked if I can cancel my contract and she said no, I'm stuck with it. She failed to tell me that there's a grace period of canceling and I was shy about a day, I wish she told me that while she knew I was a little hesitant. No empathy on her part for my situation, but she assured me I can use it for another service. The only other service I would be interested in is microneedling and she again assured me that the microneedling they do would help with my skin condition. It turns out that was the furthest from the truth, I was approved by their RN which is just a FaceTime call but the esthetician in person said she couldn't do it on half my face. The fact that I have to pay FIRST before doing this whole process and being cleared by an RN and apparently their esthetician is insanity after she told me it would be fine. Now I'm stuck paying for services I can't even do. This business is extremely unprofessional, does not care for their customers, will not accommodate or help you in any way. I'm stuck in a contract for reasons that are beyond my control and they don't care even if it's a medical reason. This place doesn't deserve business or even 1 star. I've never felt more mistreated in my life. This was the worst experience in any place of business and I refuse to even step foot in their office again. If you want to be lied to, taken advantage of, and ignored then come to Ideal Image! I've also been waiting over a week for a call back from their general manager Michelle that has still failed to call me back on this issue. read more

I like Ideal Image. I find everyone quite friendly and the price is very competitive with surrounding places for laser hair removal, Botox, and other skin treatments. It's VERY clean, all the equipment is modern and up-to-date and they offer lots of other services as well. They have water and coffee while you wait too. read more

Ideal Image is only interested in making money and do NOT care about their customers. Ideal Image has blocked me from commenting on their Facebook posts and removed the previous comments that I made. They would not refund me for the procedure that their nurse called me and said that they could not perform because of health issues. She may still die but the odds are hopeful now. Anyways I called and told them what happend only to be told I can cancel the appointments but I still have to pay them the 7,000 dollars. So yeah if you go here and some life threatening event happens you still have signed away your soul and they want their money. Just know if my dog dies I will bring her ashes with me every time to remind them of the blood money I'm paying. God forbid I die or something happens with my health I would still have to pay them. I attended all sessions, as scheduled, and followed every instruction. They said I would get the results after all sessions were done. I had to call several times, for the results, which are measurements. (Cool Sculpting). The treatments did not work at all, besides being painful. Ideal Image was my location of choice for my hair removal. Unfortunately during the time allotted on my contract I was undergoing intensive mental health treatment. Because of that I was unable to pause my contract. After explaining this to their customer service department and offering paper work to verify, they refused to extend my timeframe. This left me paying $500 per treatment. Only receiving 5 treatments. And with major hair growth still. They DO NOT care about people only money. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

Laser Hair Removal did not work - Offered refund of less than visits not performed - Was offered $520 refund (20% of total paid), but had to sign a contract that I wouldn't post reviews or on social media. So yes, I basically paid $520 just to write this and warn other people. If anything at least do not pay for the entire processes upfront! Below was my response to their refund offer I sent 3 times with no response from Ideal Image "Thank you (Employees Name Removed) for your response in this matter and sorry for the delay in getting back to you. My wife sent this on Wednesday and I haven't had a chance to look at it until now. I must say I have no idea how you came to this number of 20% of what was paid when even if this procedure had worked (which we were promised when being very hesitant to pay up front) only 45% of the procedures purchased were performed before being told that this was not going to work. At no time prior to purchasing were we warned that there was any chance that this was not 100% affective and was told my wife was the perfect candidate. She has gone through both a waste of time, but very very painful procedure in which she was told to get numbing cream before each visit and came to dread them. I sure hope this is not how you normally conduct your business and that you hopefully realize that a procedure like this not working is part of the cost of doing business if you want to keep any credit or reputation in this market. The woman I had a consultation with raved about her brow lift and I was getting the same thing done, which I paid for, thinking that my brows would look great like hers. Completely a scam. Will put you through an insane amount of hurdles and get your payment beforehand then tell you they CAN'T do the procedure without charging you more money. When you ask for reversal of payment, they tell you it can take up to a week. Not to mention their staff is so undertrained they can't even answer a common and simple question about their services without putting you on a 10 minute hold. I have had 4 of 9 treatments for laser hair removal now. Similar to the first review, I had a histamine reaction also. However, I've always had sensitive skin, so I'm not surprised by this personally. The ladies that perform these treatments are very professional, incredibly nice, and completely accommodating to requests. Treatments are proving to be successful, and I couldn't be more happy with not having to shave so frequently. Eventually, it will be even less! Yikes.. This place is extremely unprofessional. First off, the receptionist has been rude with me on multiple occasions ( phone and face). I can't believe they let someone who customers see first talk to her. I was also badly burned during one of my sessions. I acknowledged it with the nurse and she didn't seem to concerned with it. Nothing reported, no healing cream ( well I purchased aloe Vera on my own dime and had to apply for 2 weeks daily) The only reason I gave 2 star is because I have had good experience with another ideal image branch. I'll be switching my sessions to another branch because frankly I'm concerned that these folks are inexperienced and don't care much. I started going here a year ago to get laser hair removal treatment for my bikini area, and it's been the greatest decision I've made!!! Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. I have had a less than ideal experience. First, I will say the staff was lovely, but beyond that I have been displeased with my service. I do not feel that the proper expectations are set regarding hair removal. Over the 18 month process I continued to inquire about hair loss and being fearful that it was not being removed. As we got to the last treatments I continued to see hair growing back even though I was told "do not worry as the laser gets more intense the hair will be removed." Long story short, I paid thousands of dollars, still have black hair in treated places, and Ideal Image is completely unwilling to work with me other than letting me pay more money for additional treatments. This was a complete rip off. I would not recommend this treatment to anyone that expects true hair removal. read more

I started my treatment over a year ago & have had fantastic results. I still have 4 or so more sessions to go, but already can tell how much this is going to improve my daily life. I want to get more areas done in the future. The staff is very friendly, and they always have me in & out in less than 10 mins. Can get it done during my lunch break. How great is that?? When I was taken back into Debbie's office the cost was the last thing to be mentioned when discussing a price was the reason I was there because they won't even discuss that I've the phone. First she had mouthed other professionals offering laser hair removal and talked all about how they like to take care of the health professionals such as myself and how she was going to "take care of me". After the heavy sales pressure and listening to Debbie talk about how everyone else is offering lower prices but "you won't get good results", seriously an hour of hearing this finally there was a price. SIX THOUSAND and some odd hundreds of dollars. But wait she was with 70% off like we advertised AND with taking care of health professionals..... My cost would be $1,952. I signed the contact after all the heavy sales pressure and thinking this is the only place I was going to get real results. I then began to heavily research LHR and found I had been had. Thankfully I didn't get my first treatment that evening as Debbie tried to accomplish because I was able to terminate the contract. Only because I didn't receive that first treatment that night of the awful experience there and had time to research. Don't fall for the 25 50 and even 70% off advertising.
