I even snapped a few pics of the things I liked, because the setup really was gorgeous. The lines were moving quickly and everything felt super organized... until I needed actual help. I asked a lady with a scanner if she could check the price of a GUESS bag I was planning to purchase. She looked me up and down, rolled her eyes, and told me she "doesn't work in that department"... then continued scanning bags. I said, "Okay, then get me your manager." Suddenly her whole attitude changed: "How can I help you?" At that point I said, "You know what? I'm not spending my money here." Told my sister, "Let's keep it moving." And we left that store.
