I have had experience with A+ and 4.0 and go, they helped. But David Salinas and his tutors did a phenomenal job in all of these classes with help in actually understanding. Not just did we do test reviews (A+ & 4.0mostly focused on this), but Spartan Tutoring helped with homework and actual practice problems for me to better understand the subject and perform very well on exams. No matter the question. Spartan Tutoring has done great for any student who used their proven process of success in math and science subjects. Now that they have a physical location, that just makes their services even better. These guys are the best tutoring service in town for an Aggie or Blinn student. She then went through the correct procedure for a refund from 99tutors in college station. I called a few days later and Brian said it had been received and the refund would be processed within 8 weeks . It is now February and still no refund but a lot of excuses . I have been patient and kind however I am now at the point where I will need to take legal action . I have submitted a request to headquarters four times with no response . This is horrible business practice as my daughter has the legal right to her refund for services not used .

The owner is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE human I have ever encountered. The 1st time I called about being unsatisfied with the service provided to my freshman daughter, the owner started screaming at me saying things like" oh I know who your daughter is, she calls here all the time and I have emailed her" My daughter had called one time and there wasn't an answer & the only email recvd from 99 tutors was the receipt for payment. What kind of business owner yells at a client??!! Then my daughter called and he yelled at her too!! I tried to call again and there was never an answer. The company advertises that they will issue a refund for their terrible service and I PROMISE THEY WILL NOT. I have sent three letters requesting a refund, one registered mail, and STILL NOTHING. Call Tutor John in CSTAT if your college student needs help. I'm contacting the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Div to file a complaint!! I've already filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted the college to make them aware 99 Tutors is advertising on their campus. I'll probably never get my money back, but hopefully once people read how AWFUL this place is, I'll have saved them some money.

This resource gives…read moreme flexibility to easily sign up for a free tutoring session from the navigate app. For in person tutoring, they have group tutoring sessions. These group settings are great if you just want to better understand the concepts of your class. The only one on one sessions that are available for the subjects I need are through zoom, which is the only downfall I have with the tutoring options available. Being able to collaborate with other students who have taken or are currently taking the class is very helpful in better understanding my coursework. I love using this resource when I really want to reinforce the topics that my professor talked about in class. I also have learned some great skills from the students who have take this class on how to better understand the material that is talked about in the class. Overall I would continue using this service for any other class to help me succeed in my course work.
