I called a few days later and Brian said it had been received and the refund would be processed within 8 weeks . It is now February and still no refund but a lot of excuses . I have been patient and kind however I am now at the point where I will need to take legal action . I have submitted a request to headquarters four times with no response . This is horrible business practice as my daughter has the legal right to her refund for services not used .

Being able to collaborate with other students who have taken or are currently taking the class is very helpful in better understanding my coursework. I love using this resource when I really want to reinforce the topics that my professor talked about in class. I also have learned some great skills from the students who have take this class on how to better understand the material that is talked about in the class.
