We benefitted very much from working with Beth for our preemie daughter a couple years ago. So…read morerecently we signed up to work with her again through a PEP class for our 9 month old daughter who was not yet rolling. I agree with another reviewer that Beth is a "baby whisperer" and after all our experiences I would gladly recommend her. After working with Beth and following her advice, our daughter finally rolled over the day after the 3rd class. Quickly after that, she started getting into sitting on her own. We were disappointed that the last class was canceled only because we wanted to share with Beth our daughter's accomplishments in the two weeks since we had last seen her. Rose had even started crawling just the day before! Thanks Beth!

Over the course of about 9 months, Beth worked with my son to improve his posture, reduce his tactile defensiveness, and broaden his eating horizons. Beth is truly an angel in disguise with impeccable bedside manner. I would refer ANYONE to her. She's a "take no gruff" and "get the job done" type of woman who takes her role very seriously. If I hadn't relocated out of state, I would fight to keep my son under her care. Thank you, Beth, for making such a huge positive impact in ALL of our lives and for giving Luca the best chance for success as he continues to grow. You will always have a special place in my heart.

Divorce, buying and selling a home, moving three times, legal issues and a job change were all weathered with her support. And I'm a better person for it! Offering a buffet of healing tools, Lauloa utilized a unique set of techniques to support us. Pulling from her experience in higher brain living, brain gym and her extensive knowledge in communication, Lauloa helped pull me up, overcome fatigue and reach goals during the most challenging time of my life. I resolved court issues with my ex, doubled my salary and found peace, releasing the anger, pain and sadness from the unexpected and difficult end to my marriage. Lauloa created a safe place to talk about all of these issues and welcomed me with loving acceptance. My daughter loved the breathing and visualization exercises and we enjoyed attending together. Lauloa is someone you can build trust with quickly to talk openly and honestly about your issues and to provide helpful techniques to continue progress between visits. I highly recommend Lauloa. She is a beautiful, kind and talented soul. I'm grateful to have met her.

I'm leaving this review based solely on my experience with the office staff and scheduling process,…read moreas my uncle was never able to be seen here. I was trying to schedule physical therapy for my uncle following his upcoming full knee replacement surgery on May 22. His referral was sent from Stanford on May 5, and after hearing nothing from the office, I spent days calling, leaving messages, and trying to follow up with no return calls. When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told they never received the referral fax. I contacted Stanford and had the referral resent the same day. After trying to call back later to confirm receipt, no one answered, and again my message was not returned. Today I called again and was told they still had not received the newly sent fax, but somehow the original referral from May 5 was found in their "junk mail," which was confusing since it was faxed over. After all of this back and forth, I was then told there was no appointment availability until the end of June, even though my uncle is supposed to begin physical therapy next week after surgery. This experience was extremely frustrating and stressful, especially when trying to coordinate important post-surgical care for a family member. Because of the delays, lack of communication, and scheduling limitations, I now have to take my uncle to another physical therapy office in Gilroy, which is inconvenient since I live in Hollister, have a young child, and am helping care for my uncle. I understand offices can be busy, but better communication, follow-up, and scheduling support would make a huge difference for patients trying to arrange time-sensitive care.

Their down-to-earth approach put me at ease, and inspired me to do more at home (too much, in one instance, I had to ease up). Don't forget to really REST between visits! Scheduling was a breeze.
