I can't tell you how much I appreciate this office. Firstly, they are prompt. Each time, waiting has been minimal (even if busy) and they offer efficient service. Secondly, the office is spotless and clean. They clearly keep up on this. Finally, they are KIND and treat you respectfully and with courtesy. That makes a major difference in my opinion. Save your time and money and go somewhere else! It is allright to be late for Covid Test results, but the customer service is just awful. I had to call them 15 times for results. One time they put me on 15 min hold. I had to disconnect and call them to hear a response "you should have hung up before". The give you lab number to call to get the results from them directly! so whats the use of them? Just to collect the sample? It has been more than 72 hours and still no results! Please train the staff to handle the customers well. Don't put the calls on hold and not get back if they cannot. Really frustrating. Took my elderly dad to be seen for respiratory symptoms. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the nurse, to the doctor, was professional, and so kind with my dad and me. They took us right away, were thoughtful, attentive, listened carefully to what we had to say, and explained everything clearly. Bait and switch! We called to confirm if the COVID19 PCR test would be fully covered by the Insurance and whether we had to pay any amount. We were informed by the personnel at Agile Urgent Care, Secaucus that there would be no cost for us to get the PCR test. Few weeks later, although the cost of lab was covered by insurance, we get a EOB from Insurance for doctor's visit! Doctor's visit? We did not even see a doctor. Went to the center at the time of appointment, filled up the questions online. Got a call, the doctor asked the same questions as the online questionnaire, went it, the nurse took the test. Now I have to deal with insurance and Agile Urgent care to appeal the charges. read more

In match 11 2022 I got a DOT physical done by you with "Agile Urgent care" in the report you tested my vision and the results came back 20/10 for all eyes. However, you put down that I needed to have "corrective lenses" when this is not the case. I had a bad experience at another urgent care in town. I was not feeling better after taking the medication I was prescribed, I decided to come here and am so glad I did. The staff was so nice, patient with me and they ran tests to see what I might have...something the other urgent care didn't even do. They told me that the other doctor I saw prescibed me a very low dosage of antibiotics and that I needed something stronger. After getting the right medication, I am finally starting to feel better and I definitely recommend this place! read more

Eerie how this transpired... We were in the area this morning & noticed this place. Didn't think that we would be using them , but I made a mental note. One hour later here we are. This time it was the better half who needed Urgent Care. The process was very easy, from checking in to meeting with the Doctor. Upon arrival all the receptionist had to do was scan her drivers license & medical card. Half hour later she walked out with 2 staples in her scalp. Having to return next week to have them removed. This place is spotless and looks brand new. The staff is very friendly & efficient. Would definitely use them again, as it sure beats going to an emergency room or doctors office waiting to be seen. I recently came here thinking it will be faster than waiting at the ER and will get similar care. Boy was I wrong. What is the point of having a modern facility with friendly support staff when the dr is below average? I was misdiagnosed and prescribed the highest medical dose, just to find out that probably didn't need it - and all they needed to do was run an additional test to find out. When I didn't feel well and came back three days later, they weren't even apologetic for missing the mark. Instead they made excuses and made me wait over an hour while in pain to see a dr - there was nothing urgent about this urgent care place. I usually don't write reviews but receiving proper healthcare is important and so if you go to this place make sure to ask a lot of questions and do your research to advocate for yourself! My review is based on a recent visit. I have been to Agile quite a few times in the past and was always pleased. My son woke up with a fever and sore throat about 10 days ago. We took him and he tested positive for strep throat. He was prescribed an antibiotic and was instructed to give it to him twice a day for 10 days. On the 10th day, he woke up again complaining that his throat hurt. We took him back and he saw a different doctor. The doctor said that he was still sick and was given the wrong dose the first time. The dose was underestimated because of his weight. When I checked his summary from the last visit, his weight was listed almost 8 pounds lighter than what he really is. I will probably go back but would make a point to not go when the doctor who gave him the incorrect dose is on schedule. Not sure why my review is stating that I am from San Francisco. It's 2500 miles away from Secaucus. read more

This is fabulous care center..I hesitated going to the emergency room on a Friday and spent the weekend in pain from closing my finger in my car door. Monday I was still in pain and went to Agile my experience was wonderful although my finger was broken. Sayed was my PA and fantastic I was in and out within an hour with X-ray, splint and disc of my X-ray. I recommend Agile with 5 stars if you have an emergency. read more

I went here for a Covid test. Please be warned! They require a Telehealth visit prior to scheduling your test. It's like 5 questions (like the ones you would be asked at any other test site before getting tested). That Telehealth visit takes about 2 mins and costs $60. If your insurance does not cover, the test itself is $100. I went to take the test, all went smoothly and the person who administered it told me I would get a phone call with my results in 2-5 days. I get the call a few days later that I will need to schedule a Telehealth visit to receive my results. This would be another $60 tacked on (which you are not told about prior). I refused to schedule the Telehealth visit after finding out this information. They then refused to release my results. Only after talking to an urgent care representative 3 times was I able to have my results emailed to me. If you don't want to spend over $200 to get a covid test go elsewhere, such as CityMD. They take walk ins and you get your test results emailed to you, no hidden fees. read more
