Jasmine, his receptionist, is an all-around worker - super friendly, does the ultrasounds when Jon is working on another patient, she does the ice and heat packs. I always tell her that 20 minutes can't have gone possibly that quickly when I have the heat packs, as they feel so good. Jon ALWAYS does the massage and heavy work eg, spine, himself. I've been to places where they leave you lying on a table waiting for someone to do the next step. Jon customizes his treatment to each individual and takes the time to listen. They accommodate with appt times, lights on/off in the treatment room, anything they can do to make things easier. I would wholehartedl recommend them. If it were possible I'd rate them a solid 10. But instead, I will rate them 5 stars as shown above.

Urgent care cannot diagnose things beyond flu, covid, and other basic illnesses. They told me they couldn't do anything for me and to just go to the ER. They charge $30 upfront. After the appt, they sent another bill for $156. My low rating is to due to being charged $200 for a useless appt. Like most of US healthcare, they are a business.

After a long period trying to find the best option for our mom and having to move in and out of various properties, we realized she just could not adapt well to the larger communities. The resort-like atmosphere of those places was very appealing to us, as younger adults, but once you got past the flashiness, it was always missing was the love and care you get when living in a smaller place. The attention our mom receives now is better than even we could give her in our own home. She fell in love with Mayfield because it reminded her of her own house and she feels like she is living with family - and the staff has truly become our extended family.
