We took the advice of many and enlisted Agnes as our agent. She educated us on the entire process and provided us with all the proper tools to help us with our asking price however at no point did she suggest our price because she felt that was for us to decide. We had an offer our first week with her and we were under contract and sold within three months! Never did she ever make us feel as though she was working for her own interests and for that she has our utmost respect. When it came to helping us find a home to buy she discouraged us from looking at homes we couldn't afford and when we found what we wanted she again refused to suggest what we should offer but rather provided us with every available tool to help us in our decision. Agnes truly helped me out in a time of need. I had to sell my Mother's home due to medical issues while I was starting a new job.
