Seriously relaxing. The cave is clean and cozy, and very comfortable. We felt de-stressed and really enjoyed/appreciated it. Afterwards, we were shown around by the owner (wonderful owners and wonderful staff!). We even got to try out the aqua massage - I can't explain how cool this was. We decided to add another service to extend our time here - the salt booth. Smaller than the cave and very intense. It helped us both with our sinus issues. Accessibility: FYI, Pop Life is located up about 2-ish flights of stairs with no elevator access. I came for a Yin yoga class at Pop Life and thought the space was pretty cool. The building also hosts a juicery downstairs. They definitely have a strong focus on being a colorful, vibrant studio with interesting decor and personality touches. Two of their rooms also change with color lights to provide "color therapy" during certain yoga classes. I've heard that those tend to be the hot + warm classes (which are not my thing) so I didn't experience that. My Yin class was at room temperature and the instructor was very kind and knowledgeable. It's really hard to find Yin classes. They have a dedicated free parking lot which I appreciated as a welcome surprise in the Waterloo neighborhood. It was a nice experience to take a yoga class then stop in Ritual Juicery below for a healthy drink. I don't live close enough to come regularly to Pop Life but I look forward to popping into this new spot from time-to-time, and would recommend for anyone looking for a fresh perspective on yoga in CLE.
