I'm so tired of dealing with this office. My case has been handled TERRIBLY. I don't even know…read morewhere to start... My horrible experience started with my case manager Jaelani Sanchez. Just imagine having a concussion, mild TBI, back, and knee pain. You can barely make out your words, speak, move etc. Headaches daily, light sensitivity, at one point half of my face is paralyzed and you go to one of their neurologists doctor's office for treatment. You were never offered a seat or showed the sitting room in the back. Forced to stand with your boyfriend for what seemed like an eternity. Then, when I complained to my case worker Miss Jaelani Sanchez regarding the patient standards she tells your attorney you are refusing treatment! When in fact I said, "I refuse to go back because there is no seating and the little amount of seating they have has a sign that says NO SITTING!"... I went there a second time and found out they have a seating area in the back but NO ONE CARED ENOUGH TO SHOW ME WHERE THAT WAS! After Jaelani continued to lie, I was forced to start taking notes about our correspondence because she was gaslighting me while I was recovering from a brain injury. This woman made me feel like I was crazy. Luckily, my boyfriend was there for every conversation otherwise who knows how she could have manipulated me as someone who was mentally unstable. Yes, that is just one story, almost one year ago. The situation has become stagnant. The office is incredibly disorganized, dismissive, and inconsistent with communication. At one point I wondered if I even had a lawyer. His office had not touched base in 4 MONTHS! I had just had time to call them about any updates regarding my case today. Even that was an unbearable experience. I only have heard from Khorshidi twice in an entire year. One time was to accuse me of refusing treatment from Jaelani Sanchez's LIES. Meanwhile, he portrays like all his clients are well taken care of and can contact him personally. That is furthest from the truth in my case. When I did want to speak with him, his office gave me false reassurance by claiming they had everything under control. They notified me that Jaelani was fired and I had a new case manager. I thought maybe that was just a bad seed but even after management changed. Crickets, no communication. I'm so tired of this case and this office. At this point, I don't even care to deal with them or receive treatment even though I still have pain because I'm so fed up. Hopefully, my case can finally move forward so I can be relieved from this misrepresentation. UPDATE 4.28.26: MORE LIES FROM CASE MANAGERS! MORE GASLIGHTING! ATTORNEY UNAVAILABLE!
