First, I was told it would take weeks before they could get to it - and, then they took it upon themselves to get a quote for the job at a different shop - one I was not familiar with. I told them I would like them to do the work because I trusted them. Then they decided they would have to re-price the parts and re-evaluate the quote! They would get back to me for an appointment.
