There were at least 4 workers just sitting and talking behind the front desk. Never once did one of them say hello to us can I help you, nothing. We even walked toward the front of the store looking and still nothing. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Just sad that you cannot even shop locally and have to go elsewhere. Dropped 2022 CRF 450R off for valve adjustment, oil change, spoke tighten, exhaust gasket replace,…read moresee if oil around front sprocket residue from chain line or if the case is leaking, and an inspection to go over and see if it needs anything else. At drop off all this was discussed and talked about if it is going to be over $1500 give me a call, if not go ahead and fix it. I pick the bike up today (two weeks later). Pay the $1k + bill, they bring the bike out. I start looking it over. Looks like the valves were adjusted. But can't tell if the gasket is leaking or not bc there is fuel or something dripping from the bottom of the fuel tank onto the top of the engine. Look at the engine oil, looks good. Inspect the exhaust, looks like gasket was replaced, muffler is a little loose but nothing I can't tighten. Look at front spokes, a few seemed a little loose but better than they were. Back spokes were tightened but one was broken and not fixed or anything. Front sprocket was not cleaned or any signs of inspection done. Plastics were a little loose. But nothing I can't tighten. Start the bike, which it didn't start when I dropped it off, so the valves were done. Still can't tell if it is leaking bc what I assume is fuel leak from the tank or connection. Let it run while I strap it down, start to hear a little tap or slap in the top end. Shop manager claims they will honor their work if anything goes wrong. Hopefully it is fine. My personal experience was not good with this mechanic shop. I don't feel like I should have to go home and work on what I thought I just paid a shop to do.

If I could give no stars or negative stars I would…read more Well, these guys had a used side by side I was interested in and if that didn't work out price or finance wise (if APR sucked) I was going to shift to a new unit at a lesser trim. The sales guy EJ was nice enough and very easy to talk to and he knew my plan. It all went south when EJ asked me to sign a document to pull my credit. We hadn't talked about a purchase price yet so I said no...lets talk numbers first and agree to a price and THEN we run credit. The sales "manager" comes slithering over and sits down without looking at me, just looks at the paper in front of him and starts to talk without looking at me. He then slides the paper to me saying that I have to sign this to get a price and that I have to sign the privacy notice on the back. I again refused. He literally then said "how do I know you can get credit to buy it". Wow, umm ok. Maybe look at the intake sheet again slick...I've never had a slimy sales manager be so rude and it went downhill from there. I have bought Harleys, multiple cars of all levels and never ONCE in my entire life has credit been run before you decide on a price with a dealership and move forward with the financials. I started to gather my things and the "manager" said "don't leave, let me check with so and so" and off he slithered. He showed me the MSRP of the used side by side if it was new and then showed me another document stating that a used sxs with 1600 miles is $999 off NEW MSRP. What a complete clown. I simply asked what their best price was to move this sxs that day and he would never answer. He kept saying how much more do you want off and I kept saying give me your best price...he said he would not negotiate pricing without running my credit. Again, total clown statement and something a scammer dealership would do. For those that do not know, this is a pressure tactic and lets them shape the deal around the monthly payment, not the total purchase price. He knew that I knew he was full of it and started getting mad so I walked out shaking my head. Like I said, I was going to pivot to the new model and pay cash if I didn't like finance terms, but the slimy manager was such a rude jackass that I will never ever do business with this "dealership". The sales guy was very nice...the sales manager was slimy and sketchy and liked to tell me multiple times that he's been there 14 years. Now I see where the bad reviews are coming from...and feel bad for all the people he has ripped off over time. I called another dealership on my way home and told them what happened and they laughed at pulling credit before deciding on a sales price and are working to source the sxs I want. These guys will fleece you and waste your time. I drove 1.45 hours each way for them to waste my time with crappy sales pressure tactics. Nice try clowns. I'm so glad MR Motorcycle sucked so bad or I wouldn't have found the deal at Mountain Motorsports...prices marked down on their website and OTD price given in 10 minutes. DONE. Even with $600 shipping it's a great deal and shows you that not all dealers are scumbags and play games. Now I know where to go for a boat, which is next on the list. Good luck getting OTD pricing from the scammers at MR Motorcycle. I'll never ever go back and will tell everyone about my experience and send them to any Mountain Motorsports location or have them call Cliff or Brett in Gadsden...true professionals and they really knew their stuff. MR Motorcycle also single handily drove me away from the Kawasaki Teryx4 since the experience was so bad. MM installed a turn signal kit and horn, I am doling the other mods to make it road legal in NC. Drop dead MR Motorcycle.

Great dealership!…read more What I liked: Everything about this place. We went to the Knoxville Boat Show to buy two PWC's. After looking at everything available we decided on Wave Runners. The guys at Tommy's booth were very knowledgeable and helpful. After signing the contract Tommy's continued being just as helpful and were great at communication. Tommy's doesn't do a hard sell or try and sell you things you won't need and happily answers any and all questions. When the impeller pulled something in, Tommy's was quick to set up a time to get service. They don't make promises they can't keep and certainly go beyond expectations. This is the kind of business and people we like to do business with and feel lucky we bought from them. Sara and Richard are great people. I can't remember the two or three other gentlemen we met but they deserve a thanks too. Tommy and Barbara delivered the Wave Runners and gave us a quick rundown about them. It's obvious that this business is about people as much as Motor Sports. What I didn't like: Absolutely nothing to add here. Great business, great service and great people.
