Took the car home overnight and to my auto mechanic to check it out the next day. He put it on the lift. It was extremely rusted out underneath. Never saw so much rust. Would've been a nightmare if anything needed to be replaced or repaired under there. I took it back. Told the saleswoman. Someone knew this about the car because if they changed the oil and did their inspection like they said they did they would've seen the extent of the rust. Saleswoman wanted to show me another car. (She was very personable.) But now I don't trust them. And it looks like that car is still on the lot. Buyer beware and if you are looking at a used car there be SURE to have your mechanic check it out before you buy it. The warranty was 1,000 miles or 30 days, powertrain only, so I would've been up s***s creek and out all the money I have to buy a car.

Stranded in Gatlinburg while on vacation - My alternator broke after hours Saturday night and there…read morewere no shops open to save me. My tow truck operator made a phone call and Richard from Autoworks agreed to stay open late and replace my alternator. He was extremely professional, very accommodating and understood my need to get home. The price was more than reasonable and I was on my way home an hour after arriving at his shop. He even helped another poor guy that pulled up while he was working on my car. He stayed open until 8pm for me on a Saturday night and did great work. Kind of out there in the middle of very little traffic activity. I was in Asheville 75 miles away. Our AAA NC couldn't seem to help, (Guess what I ain't renewing.... :) ), when it seemed that all she needed was a patch and a refill. After calling everyone that google was spitting up, (and almost getting scammed by a firm in NJ out of $255.00. .) we wasted 3.5 hours, calling , I felt like we had running out of options, and my wife was going to walk 7 miles to a gas station that was hopefully open 24/7 for a can of fix a flat, I tried the google search for local roadside assistance one more time. Rowe Towing finally showed up on the list. After calling, Carter and Joe were there in less than 25 minutes, They bent heaven and earth to get my family home, that late at night, with flood warnings and torrential rain coming and going. Carter and Joe are an absolute Godsend in a horribly stressful situation, and I'm eternally grateful for them. Incredibly professional, kind, and very helpful. I'd recommend these folks anytime anywhere! The tire puncture(s), were a bit more complicated than a simple nail, and God bless them, they did everything they could to get my family safely on the road, including going to Sevierville at 2:00 in the morning for a tire for our wounded vehicle. You guys are forever in my debt! Google needs to put them on the top of the list when you search for Dandridge TN roadside repair! The oil…read morechange sticker in my car said it was time to change my oil, so I dropped in to get it changed. The guys were super honest about how good the condition of my oil was in. They showed me the oil on the end of the dipstick. It looked like it had just been changed. They said I could wait about another 1,000 miles. How honest is that! They said they didn't want to take my money until it was necessary to do so. They even cleaned my window and checked my tires and placed air in the needed tires without charging. I will 100% be back to get my oil changed in a 1,000 miles with these guys. It can be difficult to find honest businesses or people these days. These guys are honest, friendly, and attention to detail. They deserve your business!

The entire crew jumped on the job and completed the service with better than professional pleasantries and I was out of there in just under 10 minutes. All were young and exceptionally enthusiastic. The facility was as clean as the day after construction was completed and brand new. Definitely will come back to them if I need an oil change next time I'm in the area. Excellent and fast service!
