Alterations did a good job of quickly taking some patches off an old jacket and put them on the new one so I'll give them props for that. The store is clean and organized so that's a bonus. And a couple of the workers there are pretty friendly so that's nice. but overall I will support their overall rating of Two and a half stars. They are very slow when it comes to check out or doing any type of transactions. more often than not the customer is waiting on them to assist or you have to actually find somebody to help.

But the thing is, they didn't give any announcement on that, also they didn't say sorry or anything similar. I got SMS on Jan 28th, that shirt will be done next week, and today is Fri, February 6th I don't have any info about my shirt. Only thing that I can recommend is to go there and buy something that you need in the store and get out with that item. If you order something and if you need to wait, good luck.
