Both items were delivered for a small delivery fee ($40) in my situation. This was cheaper than me getting my own uhaul van that day Purchased and were delivered and installed next day! Ramon explained all of the functions of both machines to me very well! He explained their warranty to me which is 6 months ! If your appliance malfunctions or is defective they will bring you a new one within 3 days I will definitely return for a new stove and microwave in the future !

The store is quite big & had a lot of specials going on which was a good sign because the Samsung washer that we needed was marked down to $829, in black with champagne detail. We were so happy because the color combination is quite pretty & it'll go perfect with the champagne Samsung front load washer that we have. Coming here you'll realize there may be a language barrier because several of the workers don't speak much English but no worries! When I approached the sales lady in the appliance department & she realized I didn't speak Spanish she then got another sales lady that was bilingual, it took just a little longer with the language barrier but as long as we were all patient we ended up with our washer & Curacao made a sale! Overall everything went smoothly with our purchase thanks to the two sales ladies that helped us! Being that we're from South Florida & very familiar with certain language barriers it didn't deter us away from making our purchase from Curacao. Also as a plus this store will price match another stores lowest price!

The west side you'll be in the self check out corral. Self check out- there's cameras and security you don't need four people just goofing around in their phones in this area when you could obviously put them to work with cashiering to cut the lines down, or have them stock and help get the store properly stocked. Security- there's an armed rent a security guard at the entrance not the exit which is weird. Restroom- what you'd expect from a Home Depot filthy!

It was all good, delivered and hooked up. But then after he left and we went to use it, there was something wrong with it and it wasn't working right. My son called them a few different times. It really seems like they didn't want to help us with this washer, he never did come out and look at it. I think calling twice and saying the washer wasn't working should have been enough to get someone out to look at it. Instead we just ate the cost and went to another store and bought another washer. I really thought we had found a nice little place to buy our appliances from, buying them and getting them serviced is two different things. Hopefully they make it right with future customers, we will be going elsewhere for our appliances in the future.
