I had water dripping out of one of my sprinkler valves in my ceiling. I called this company because their name and number were listed on my valve box by the water shut off. They sent a tech out who told me I needed to call the AC guy. They didn't fix anything but charged me $300... And this was for a nonemergency visit. He told me he had a guy in the area and would not need to travel far to see me. I was willing to wait until the following day. I had an overnight leak for my home fire suppression system, and when the regular plumber showed up, he was very quick to inform me that his company was not certified to work on fire systems. Unfortunately, it was 3:30 in the afternoon when he showed up, so I was in a bind to find someone before close of business. Luckily, I called Armor Fire Protection first, based on their existing yelp reviews. Erica answered the phone minutes before close of business. She was very understanding, professional, and friendly. She worked over two hours after close of business to find me a repair person. She would update me as the afternoon turned into evening, explaining that all their technicians were on other emergency calls and she was reaching out to all of their personnel to find someone to help me. I cannot thank her enough for staying and calling/texting the technicians to coordinate a repair for me. She really went out of her way to get the job done!! The technician that showed up, Chris, was extremely friendly and personable. He fixed the leak, and explained the cause of the problem, which actually helped me quite a bit with the insurance claim. Despite it being almost 7pm, Chris was cheerful and patient; definitely a true professional. Erica again stepped up and promptly finished the paperwork, so I could file with my insurance company. I got to work this morning and walked in to a soaked floor and a very weird smell. Unfortunately I know what that smell way, one of fire sprinkler in my ceiling was leaking. Outstanding service from scheduling through installation. They know what they are doing! I have a 21 year old home with fire sprinklers. I hired another company to replace 20 recalled Omega heads. The other company broke off the first two heads when trying to replace them. I stopped them and called Armor. The two men who came out knew exactly how to deal with older pipe.
