I normally do our soccer laundry at whatever hotel we happen to be visiting during the travel season. Two nonfunctional dryers forced me to locate a late night laundromat instead. Thankfully Aqua Caliente was open 24 hours and reasonably close to the Biltmore area of Scottsdale. Bright, clean and well stocked laundromats are a thing of beauty especially when visiting one unexpectedly late on a Saturday night. A plethora of machines and stainless steel folding tables constantly being wiped and cleaned were especially appreciated. Thank you Grace. Saturday night at a laundromat wasn't fun but when is laundry fun? There are however moments when we can stop to take notice of something special. Something out of the ordinary. Someone enthusiastically cleaning a surface or performing some other thankless task. My daughter's team lost today but all is ok. We are still in the fight. So is Grace and Aqua Caliente. Totally worth the 30-minute drive! Calientes Laundromat did not disappoint. The machines are large, efficient, and use plenty of water clothes came out super clean. For being open 24 hours and in an area I consider to be rather "hood" (even though I lived nearby for 11 years), I feel safe doing laundry here at 1am. The night mgr., Trevor, is always kind and helpful. It's fairly clean and they have several vending machines with good snacks. Cans of soda are just $1.25..... No taking advantage of the patrons on that, thankfully. I left my blanket in a dryer accidentally and the answering service relayed a message to the staff that I did so and took my number so I could pick it up later. I recommend Agua Caliente based on all that, plus the convenience of being open when I have free time to do my responsible stuff. read more

I love this Place. Like.. I moved across the valley when I used to live down the street from it and I STILL make the trip down here. I like that I can do all lll my laundry at an unreasonable hour at night and for the most part can just mind my own business or hang out at my car with one eye on the washer. This place is convenient because you pull up and the washers are right there. The 80 pound washer was worth the $7 for the amount of laundry I had, but that was it. The machines are old, and I was not happy with the way it cleaned my clothes. I normally go to another laundromat which was closed for some reason. The owner was nice, I assume it was the owner. A lot of the dyers were broken, and many didn't show the time. My clothes were still covered in lint and fur when taken out the dryer. I had a dryer turn off every few minutes because it was over heated, and I didn't know how much time I had left because it didn't show it. The dryers were in the very back, and you had hardly any room to get them, because the folding tables were like 3 feet in front of them. The folding tables were very small. They sold laundry soap, but the prices were outrageous. It said free Wifi but I could not get it to work, granted I didn't ask for a password if needed. read more

This may not be the fanciest laundromat around, but it's my favorite. It's close, open 24 hours, and inexpensive (for a laundromat at least). They run specials at least most, if not all, days of the week. M-F their 3x Load machines are only $2 during the day, and their front load machines all run each cycle twice, so it does wash-rinse-spin-wash-rinse-spin, which helps put my mind at ease! The owners are super friendly and helpful, my first time here both of the guys were there to install new machines and they gave me some tips on what would work best for the stuff I had, and continued to check in on me the next several hours while I caught up my massive amount of laundry. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I recently had a jersey altered at this location. I was so histant being a jersey.. a collectors at that. But Ruby did an AMAZINGGG job! I couldn't believe the jersey I was wearing was the same jersey I brought in. It was a men's small but for plus size apparently.. she altered my jersey to fit like a men's small or in my case a kids large it was perfect! I'll be using her services more often. Pretty average wash & dry laundromat. Its not clean & by any record use the bathroom (broken). However for being open 24/7 and the price, its decent enough. Gets the job done if you really need to do laundry and everything else is closed. Parking is literally 4 steps away from the door so you can see your car or load from your car. Lots of washers & dryers, they take change up to 20's & have vending machines for soap and other stuff. Crowded but still room. Well lit & stuff across the street. read more

Place is always clean and has available washers and dryers every single time I've been there. Also, don't be surprise if you run into the owner; he is a very helpful and friendly. The best thing is that the place is open 24 hours, and the vending machines have a good selection. I will keep coming here for my big loads. read more

I'm so disappointed in this place man, I don't know where to begin. I'm still here and I'm so furious w the way business is ran here. I washed my clothes in a malfunctioning washer. I had to take them out of that washer, drag them to a different washer to scrunch them myself to get all of the excess water out. I felt bad for the mess I had made on the floor so I dried it up w a dirty towel I was about to wash. The floor is full of track marks from the as evidence that my laundry cart and its tires were wet. The store manager said that I had to call the owner to "ask for a refund" so I did. They ended up giving to me, but I mean, why make me go through all that? Anyways I decided that I would rather dry the shit out of my clothes and risk them shrinking than to stay at this place any longer. So I put about 20 minutes worth of coins in the laundry. I come back, still wet. I knew I would struggle more bc of the washer situation. And hour worth of drying later. I find that the god damn dryer isn't even heating up. There are so many appliances already labeled out of order. And now I still have to deal with playing ring around the rosey with the ones that aren't labeled? Two appliances in one night out of order. The owner needs to put more money into functioning appliances or at least fix them. If not, this place is going downhill quickly. Only come here if you have about 3-4 hours to uselessly spend. This should have been an hour job... Tops. Sucks bc I used to really like it here. read more
