Extremely disappointed. Dropped off four loads of clothing on a Saturday for wash and fold service. Specifically ask if no scents were used due to chemical sensitivities. Was told it would be 2 to 3 business days. Was also told it could be delivered. Great. This was a huge help due to a broken dryer and need for clean clothes. Called on Thursday morning and requested that delivery be made with specific instructions. Was then told that delivery for my area would not be until Friday. Requested to pick up laundry Thursday night due to my spouses radiation treatments and schedule. We did not want to have our laundry stolen. Arrived to pick up laundry on Thursday night and it wasn't there. I was told it was at their other store. When I asked why, I was told that they don't do wash and fold at this location, but they send it out through their other location at 32nd St. in Indian school . Not convenient for me as I live on the west side of town. The manager apologized and told me that if this happens again, and I stopped her. I told her it wouldn't happen again because I won't be using their services again. They were able to make a note to deliver to our back patio to keep our laundry, safe from theft. Our laundry arrived on Friday morning, which was fine. When I opened the sealed bags, the scent from the laundry was unbelievable. Far too scented and now we have to re-launder everything and pray that the smell comes out. Be very careful if you need unscented laundry. Make sure to ask all kinds of questions because they don't offer any information And did not take any ownership. For $168 I am super disappointed and should've taken it elsewhere. Wow! I left my favorite down comforter at OrganiCare Garment Care pre-Pandemic and just went to drop off another down comforter. I imagined there was no way my original comforter would still be there as it has been like 10 months? since I dropped it off. But lo & behold! they STILL had it at their store. So happy b/c cold temperatures are here (below 60 in Phoenix = cold) & I really needed it. Years ago, I left an item at a different dry cleaners & when I went to pick up after three months, they no longer had it. Their policy was to give items not picked up away to charity. That's been my experience at other places...not advocating for forgetting your stuff at all...just that Life happens & it's a treat when businesses recognize that. STAY AWAY! My husband and I used this company a few times to have our comforter cleaned with no complaints. Then, in September, my husband dropped off a very expensive, vintage suede jacket that he had just purchased. Upon drop off, the item was in perfect condition. When we went to pick up the jacket a few weeks later, there was a huge stain on the front chest area. We pointed this out to them and asked them to re-clean it. A few weeks went by, we went back in and the stain was still there. At that point, the company said they would send it out for specialized treatment and would call us when it came back in. Time went on and we never heard back, so we stopped in to see if it had come back in yet - it had not, but we were assured we would get a phone call when it did. As of today, over THREE MONTHS later, I have stopped in at least four times to find out the status of the jacket, and each time, an employee explains to me that they will talk to their manager to figure out what's going on and will call us soon. I am beyond frustrated and don't know what else to do. The lack of communication and poor customer service is unlike any I have ever experienced. At this point, if the jacket is ruined, I would just love for the company to own up to it and try to make it right rather than hiding from me and my husband. Now, I'm just hoping that at a minimum, we can keep other customers from making the same mistake that we did in using this company. read more

No customer service. Very unreliable company. For the pickup/drop off service we would text the driver and always respond to the text asking if we had a pick up. Driver never responded. Had to call store several times for someone to come out and pick up the scheduled pick ups. This last Time when I called the store and asked for a manager to call me and that my clothes had been sitting for over a week waiting to be picked up, never received a call and the garments were never picked up. I have used the cleaner for years. I Iove the pick up and drop off service. The only complaint I have is I send the shirts in with collar stays and they consistently come back with no collars stays. I had gone to this place a few times to try a more eco-friendly dry cleaning option. The prices were a little more expensive, but expected. However, today I went to pick up my last order- 2 curtains and a shower curtain... It was $275!!! My old cleaner charges under $20 for a set of curtains, so I was completely shocked. There is absolutely no reason why curtains and a shower curtain should cost $275- that is insane! Of course they don't tell you how much until after it's cleaned, otherwise they'd lose tons of business. After this robbery, I won't be back. They SAVED two of my favorite dresses that I'd thought were ruined!! So happy with this place. The first dress was the most expensive one I own, and a delicate, unusual fabric. Well it ended up covered in my friend's vomit due to a bachelorette party incident. Yikes. I felt so bad dropping off this dress, but when I picked it back up I was amazed. There was no trace of any stains OR smell! The second dress was a silk maxi dress that I stupidly wore while cooking. I dropped the bowl of pesto I was making, which splattered olive oil all over the front, from the waist all the way to the hem. Oil stains are some of the most stubborn, and silk is a hard fabric to remove stains from. But I just picked up my dress today, and once again the stains have disappeared! Organicare worked their magic for me twice, and this is where I will keep going every time I do something dumb to my clothes. read more

They do a good job with some dry cleaning jobs. However, expect a surprise at pick up, when it's time to pay. Not only is expensive but they also decide what to charge you for every item regardless of what you said at drop off. First of all, every other dry cleaner I've been to before I moved downtown charges you upfront, here you are at the mercy of whatever they decide to do to your clothes. I dropped off "men shirts" for laundry multiple times, some of them are small size (my son's) but I still specifically asked for "men shirts laundry". I was charged an outrageous amount, as if they were women dry cleaning blouses. I complaint at checkout and was told that I need to make sure that they are entered as "men laundry". The same thing happen to me again today, I went to pick up one shirt and I was charged $7.90 - a dollar more than even the "women blouses". I can't even find that price in their price list ! Wouldn't it be easier to charge your customers upfront for the service they ordered ? I'm done with this place. read more

I originally didn't mind paying a premium rate for quality cleaning of my more "investment pieces". However, after years of poor service, inconsistent quality- then poor quality, and finally damaged items I cannot recommend this cleaner at all. Last year I brought in designer items that had only been worn 2 times- only to find that they had melted the fabric in an area that would not have experienced wear and tear. This item was only worn for a total of 6 hours in the course of its lifetime, and was given to them in excellent condition. The owner then claimed this was pilling due to wear. Again, not in an area that would experience this, and clearly not pilling. They also ripped a sleeve on a dress and did a poor job of repairing this, without compensating for the item, and also ironed on a tag on the front of a designer blouse- ruining its resell value. The owner did not take responsibility and offered a ridiculous "credit" to their shop- I would not take my items here for free. Years of bad quality includes ironing tags so that they stick up out of shirts, poorly ironed seams, minor stains that are not removed (then successfully removed at other cleaners) and often disorganized where my pick up order is not found after several minutes of searching. And for this you are paying more than standard cleaners. Only good thing is your clothes don't have the typical dry cleaning smell- but I do not trust them. read more

Recently purchased a coat that was in good condition but had pet hair all over it. Took it in for not only to be dry cleaned but to as well see if they could remove the pet hair from it. Very Happy to say, I'm pleased with the outcome. The prices are as well reasonable. The wait isn't too long either. My wife and I have a lot of dry cleaning needs and after years with the same cleaner (Sandy's Magic Touch) we moved from that area, so we were looking for a new cleaner. It just so happens that my wife was also starting at a new company that OrganiCare offered a 20% discount to all of the employees. I create an account on their online scheduler so I can arrange pick ups. I go to setup my first pickup at my house for Monday 11/12/2018 but it will not let me so i have to end up choosing Tuesday 11/13/2018 (figured it was to close to Monday for me to scheduled a pickup). I receive an e-mail confirming my pickup for Tuesday 11/13/2018. At around 5:00 pm on 11/13/2018 no one has been by to pick up our dry cleaning, I call the store who informs me that the driver has already returned and that they knew about my pick up but Tuesday was not the normal day for my area (Monday, the day I could not schedule, and Thursday are). So they knew about my pick up but chose not to call me to tell me it would not be happening, strike one. The owner of the company was nice enough to give us his cell number so I give him a call to find out why this happened. This is where they redeem themselves, as the owner drove out to our house to do the pickup that night. Great I think, just a little poor communication that was fixed. On Thursday of that week our dry cleaning is dropped off as they said it would be. Everything looked good until I realize that we are missing one of my shirts. I go to the email they sent me with my invoice for the dry cleaning and the first thing I notice is they took my order and split it into 4 different invoices. Now this is not that big of an issue except that they also charge your card 4 different times for the single order. From what I can see they did not over charge but it makes it a pain to track and I have never had another cleaner do that. So I notice that my shirt is not on any of the invoices but I am not to worried as I do not need it anytime soon. A few days go by and all of a sudden a charge pops up on our back account for the shirt, okay cool it will be delivered on the day of my area. Nope I was wrong, no shirt. I called the store a few days later to ask about my shirt, after a few minutes of the employee telling me that it should have been delivered on the 15th and me telling her that it should have but was not, she finally goes and checks. She comes back and lets me know they still have it. I tell her to put it with the next delivery as we had a bunch of other clothes in there already and thought it was stupid to have them drive out for a single shirt. We are now on the day of our second delivery from OrganiCare (12/6/2018) and I receive a call around roughly 2:30 from one of the employees. She is calling to inform me that the driver for my area called out and we would not be getting our dry cleaning that day. She informs me that if we want our clothes we can drive to the store to get them or just wait until Monday for the next drop off. At this point I am kind of over them and their inability to pick up or drop off dry cleaning with out some issue and the fact that they wait until mid afternoon to inform us of their company issues and how they will affect us is just no acceptable to us. We make the decision that we will no longer be doing business with OrganiCare even with the 20% off. They are just to unreliable and their cleaning is just average. So I drive down to their store on Friday the 7th to pick up all of our clothes that they failed to deliver. As they hang everything up I notice a "Sorry we could not get the stain out" sign on the shirt that was never delivered to us. This would not usually be a problem as I understand some stains just do not come out but this shirt was literally NEW, it had not beeen worn! So I point that out and the lady at the front counter says she will take it in the back to see if she can spot treat it. She comes back about 25 seconds later and the stain is gone. So this "stain" went from not coming out to only taking 20 seconds or so to remove? As I look over the spot where the stain was I start to notice that there are a bunch of these "stains" on this shirt. They look almost like little rust spots AND the press job was simply the worst I have ever seen from a cleaner. They tell me that they will have to keep the shirt longer to fix it. I inform them that they have now had the shirt for almost a month, which they try to argue with. At this point I am very unhappy with all aspects of their business and ask what they are going to do to fix the situation. The lady responds that "we already charged your card so there is nothing [she] can do". She did offer a refund for the cleaning cost AFTER I asked if they were able to do refunds. At this point I told them to keep the shirt to fix it and deliver it to m on Monday (12/10/2018). They did finally get a delivery correct but still did not fix the "stains". read more

Wow. Fail. Really. You just blew it. I wasn't so concerned or rallied up about the organic aspect as I had my doubts to it's legitimacy. It was the pick up and drop off delivery service that made me get out the gay spray. Really. This potential customer, who recently lost a whole bunch of pounds and has a whooooole new wardrobe, is keeping his dry cleaning business at Society Cleaners on Camelback. Shout out...hey...arms in the air... I called in and inquired about the delivery service. The employee took my address and times that would work for me for dropping off my dry cleaning bags. She also told me she wasn't sure about their schedule as the driver is in college and has different class times. What? Like I give a rat's ass if the driver is in college or in Depends. Don't. Care. But I was excited for this new luxury. Thursday comes. Three o'clock to five o'clock. Six. Six thirty. No show. Fail. I didn't bother calling back. Nor should you. read more

SCAM ALERT!! Now, I'm kind of disappointed that my first Yelp of 2010 has to be a negative one, but whatever, this place really pissed me off. According to the fine folks at Merriam-Webster, organic is defined as "developing in a manner analogous to the natural growth and evolution characteristic of living organisms; arising as a natural outgrowth" So that's their play. They will overcharge the shit out of you under the guise of being organic, and good for the environment, and blah blah blah. However, upon my first and penultimate experience with this place, I learned that this was not the case. I brought in 5 dresses and 1 shirt to be dry cleaned before a trip abroad over Christmas. As I came to pick them up, they had 4 of my dresses and my shirt completed, and it cost over $70!!!! These were not ornate, delicate, vintage, lacey dresses by any stretch of the word. Cute? Absolutely! But delicate to the point of over $15 per dress? I don't think so. If you've been paying attention you'll realize that one of my dresses was not returned to me. That's because they damaged it. Somehow, they caused to deep purple top color to bleed all over the grey bottom half of my dress. And this is what they said to me: "Don't worry, this happens ALL THE TIME. It's a super easy fix! We just throw a bunch of CHEMICALS on it to remove the bled dye." Hmmm, throw a bunch of "chemicals" on my dress to fix your errors after I am paying top dollar to have my belongings "organically cleaned??" Me thinks something is not adding up as it should... And this is the best part, after they damaged and treated my lycra/polyester dress (not fancy material in the slightest,) when I came to pick it up, they had the gaul to charge me $12 for it. Great place. I've been to many dry cleaners since college (12 years ago), and this one is by far the best. Never have had an issue with missing or damaged material/garments--been going here for over six years now. Free delivery two days a week (depending on zip code but if you're close enough to drive, you'll be serviced with delivery). Has always seemed reasonably priced considering the quality of the care. The location is convenient for residents of downtown and north/central Phoenix even if the parking isn't ideal (but, again, there's delivery, so...). They have removed stains from shirts that I was not able to repair on my own, but even when they weren't able to fix an issue, the place is considerate enough to leave a little note letting you know that on your garment with an apology. (Again, this is from my own stains--never had an issue with damaged material from the store itself as I've experienced with other places both in Phoenix and Flagstaff.) Extra perks--the girls who work there are cute and provide friendly service. The owner Brad has always been amicable and accommodating to my family's needs, and your clothes are ready for you by the next day. Again, you'll pay a little more than at some of the other local, dingy dry cleaners. But it's well worth it. read more

Here are the simple facts and reason for the above review: 1. The owner is opportunistic and take every attempt to profit at your expense. 2. I am a repeat customer, and have spent $600+ in dry cleaning at their locations. 3. Once, a $150 Facconable shirt was damaged in their folder, the owner offered to buy me a replacement (the shirt is discontinued) or a credit. I told him the truth and stated I had gotten it at a heavy discount for $35, which he credited me for. I could have been opportunistic as he is and produced a valid receipt for the original replacement value of the shirt as $150, but did not. The owner also attempted to defer blame by stating the shirt had a defect, which it did not. 4. Once, at the Tatum Blvd location I had my clothes in before 7AM, stated clearly to them: shirts folded and need be ready by 4PM to make my flight. I stopped by, they stated they had a machine breakdown and apologized for not calling me. The shirts came to me not folded and I just barely made my flight. I tipped them $20 for their effort. 5. Once, at the Thomas Rd location, they stated their machines broke down and half of my dry cleaning would not be ready. I was forced to purchase clothing on the trip at a loss of over $80 to me. 6. Today, Monday, I brought six pieces of laundry (shirts) and dry cleaning in to the Thomas Rd location at 645AM and requested the items by 3:30PM to 4PM same day service. They stated their same day service is completed by 5PM and if I wanted my clothes by 3:30-4PM, I would have to pay a $5 per piece upcharge. I explained that not only I am a repeat customer, I also travel through to Friday and need a dry cleaner that will either work on Saturday or do my cleaning earlier on a Monday. The girl at the counter contacted the owner, explained my dilemma and the owner stood firm at the upcharge Conclusion: If anyone reads this, I really need a decent dry cleaner in Phoenix that does work on weekends or is not a "rip-off" or is at least fair to their customers, because this Cleaners really deserves only a single star for their poor customer loyalty and their opportunism. read more
