This place is a local joint that offers a lot of options. There are many different menu items, and everything is tasty! Be sure that you save room for dessert; they make the best fried pies, and the flavor choices are massive! We had the original apple, a banana peanut butter, and the praline cheesecake.... What a great little stop. My son and I halved the Italian Stallion burger and Ring of fire burger. I preferred the Ring of fire ( I like spicy) but my son said he couldn't decide which one he liked best. The fried mushrooms were big and tasty! I hope to be back. read more

This place was a very good breakfast. It is a small diner with big flavors. They have a menu full of good items to choose from. I had the Huevos Rancheros and they didn't disappoint. Service was friendly and timely. The restaurant was hard to find, but worth the trip. read more

Fast and friendly service. We decided to stop in for a quick bite on the way from DFW to Conroe. We both ordered the cheeseburger and fresh cut fries! Food came out quickly and it was hot and fresh. Solid food, but at least on our visit, 1-star service. There were two servers, the other was hustling to keep up with her tables, ours, well, brought ordered items and that was about it. Didn't even bring the check. Luckily, the burgers were good and the fried pies are great. I guess expecting service is a bit much to ask here. read more

Great food and friendly, fast service. We had the grandkids with us and they loved the hot dog, chicken nuggets and fries. My husband enjoyed the cheddar popper burger patty and string onion rings. I got a burger and a side of fried okra. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. We were 3 guys visiting the area. Of course I used Yelp to help us find a great lunch spot. We drove up and parked out front and looked at each other to see if we really wanted to go in. It is located in a part of town that is a bit scary to non locals. I am glad we all agreed to give it a try. The food was wonderful and the service was great. A menu with all kinds of choices. This place is a hidden gem in Corsicana. Some friends raved about how amazing it was so we decided to drive into town to give it a try. We were NOT disappointed! We first ordered the fried mushrooms as an appetizer and they have got to be the best fried mushrooms we have ever had from a restaurant. My husband and I decided to order burgers since we'd heard that was their specialty. I ordered a custom grilled mushroom, grilled onion with Swiss cheese and my husband ordered the Italian Stallion. Both of our burgers were so delicious! The patty was thick and very flavorful and the burger bun was delectable! Their sweet tea was also very tasty. Unfortunately, we had absolutely no room for dessert so we didn't get a chance to try any but we will definitely be returning! read more

Was very impressed. My favorite meal is breakfast and this place was spot on!!! Noticed a lot of locals pour in around 9:30, which is nice to know that they support small businesses! Coffee was good as well. I ordered the country breakfast and was very impressed by how everything had such good flavor. The potatoes were excellent!! Also, customer service was great. I know you hear that so often it is hard to believe, but when you walk inside you will see little notes and cards posted on the wall all around the restaurant by people from all over the world. People go out of their way to stop at Aguado's just to eat. It is quite remarkable. Plus, they have a huge menu including HOMEMADE, HANDMADE fried pies which are to die for! Wonderful breakfast. My parents go here weekly and I have only been once but I think their love for this restaurant should be a testament to how good it is as my stepmom is the best cook ever! Breakfast is hands down the best in the whole town and the burgers are a never miss. I get the Aussie personally with tater tots or fried pickles. I think the best thing though is the atmosphere and the coffee. Me and my family sit here and drink the coffee long after the food is gone. Wait staff is too notch hardly ever an empty cup or glass. However a BIG part of the experience is customer service. We were on a road trip to Houston and found this gem. There were 8 of us eating breakfast and consequently 8 items of the extensive breakfast menu were sampled with each of us so delighted. We get breakfast there on a regular basis. It's the best in town. My personal favorite is the bacon/egg/cheese burrito with fresh jalapenos. Their burgers are outstanding, too! oh...and finish off with a homemade fried pie. They don't cook 'em until you order them. read more

The food is fantastic. What an amazing hidden gem! The breakfast is fantastic as well as the coffee. We also had lunch here last weekend and it was amazing. The chips were hot and toasted and the salsa was great. We had burgers, fries, fried okra and a hot dog. They have a lot of variety but that's what we ordered this time. Everything is of the highest quality. The prices are good. We were blown away. They nailed the food all the way to the last detail. Great coffee options too. We had fried pies. Oh man these things are amazing. They have tons of different fried pies. We tried 4 different ones and they were all great. Can't say enough about this place. Holy cow this place is good, their sandwiches were great, but lemme tell ya, my family puts on a huge 4th of July show, and Aguado's does the catering. Their chicken and BBQ plus sides are all so good. I see people making plates to take with them when they leave.
