Communication is a breeze--the one time something was missed, they sent someone out to address it the next day. I thought our house was clean with our previous cleaners, but it's clear to me how much cleaner it is with Dazzle. Kai has been our cleaner for most of our sessions, and has done a FANTASTIC job--it feels amazing to come home after they clean. Everything is pristine. One of the great things about Dazzle is the consistently between cleaners. With our old cleaners, we hated when we had to have a new cleaner--there always seemed to be a few sessions where the house didn't get as clean until they got into their groove. With Dazzle, I can honestly say we can't tell the difference between cleaners--the house is sparkling every time. What we do very much appreciate is the friendliness and flexibility of the staff. Dazzle is on the higher end in terms of cost of the agencies we looked at, which is part of why we initially went with another cleaner. Now that we're clients, we can say we appreciate that they pay their cleaners better, have higher retention rates, and seem to very much are about their cleaners' well-being (for example, reaching out about air conditioning options during the heat wave). We feel good about paying a higher price if that means the cleaners have a better job--AND we can confidently say we get a higher quality clean than we did before.

They show up and immediately ask to use our vacuum because theirs is broken. Fine, but it's a cordless stick vacuum so not enough charge for even 1/3 of the house. Everything goes well but 2 hours in and they haven't finished vacuuming the upstairs or the stairs. They finish up everything else within time and point to my vacuum and where they plugged the charger in indicating the vacuuming isn't dime. Everything else was fine which I told them that. Then the person texting me sends me an invoice on Venmo asking for the full amount. I say it wasn't all dine because they didn't vacuum half the house. They proceed to accuse me of lying and after insisting offers me a $30 discount. Fine. I'm putting my kids to bed so when I get back to read the texts I got, they're being snotty with me about "don't tell my employees something is fine when it's not." So I say no we are dine. We scheduled a deep cleaning service for a house before we moved in. I am going to state that I was sleep deprived and tired that day beyond words and had two young kids in tow to take care of, for the whole 8 hours that their cleaning service was scheduled for. So I did not check or verify the work that was said to be done. They sent one person who wasn't comfortable with English, making communication really difficult. She took 8 hours to basically do nothing. The house was empty. She sprayed a harsh cleaning chemical around the kitchen and refrigerator. It was so bad that it was hard to be in the vicinity and actually observe or supervise what was happening. The work was slow for the first half of the day. About four hours in the kitchen - which wasn't even completed. Found more spaces that needed cleaning after she was 'done'. Somehow three bedrooms, living room, sitting room, dining room - all took less than an hour. The reason for this was that nothing was actually done anywhere. After moving in, every surface I have touched is still dirty. There are webs around the windows she cleaned. The knobs on all kitchen cabinets are greasy. There were big food stains still left in the refrigerator. They were extremely prompt in collecting the payment. But the work was barely superficial. Please DO NOT waste your time and money on their service. They do not deserve a single star on the review.

I live out-of-state and hired this company to do a deep clean prior to selling my house. It had already been cleaned- but I was looking for a really thorough job so my home would look nice for potential buyers. I was disappointed to hear from the person I hired to oversee the home sale that the kitchen and dining floors were filthy and sticky to walk across. He was the last person to in the house before the cleaners came and the first one in after they had left. This was one day before the house went on the market, and I couldn't find any cleaners available day-of. My sister finally agreed to drive down and mop it- she FaceTimed me to show me how dirty it was. I understand that mistakes and oversights happen. I'm writing this review because when I asked for a discount due to missing the floors, the person who responded was rude and intractable. She put the burden of proof on me, without being willing to check on their end, and suggested that other contractors had made the floor dirty. I understand that this is their policy. But the fact is that this was the biggest financial move of my life, and my floor was filthy the day before the home sale- after paying them $245 to clean it. She also informed me it was my responsibility to contact them if something was missed. But with so much on the line and a day before the sale, I wasn't going to hire the company who did a bad job. I worked with a lot of companies to put my house on the market- this one was one of the more disappointing.
