Annastasia listens attentively to customers and makes sure they get the best. I do love how professional and attentive to detail the crew is. They always take the time to discuss my specific cleaning needs and preferences before they start and do a walk through after cleaning every section of my home. They are very unprofessional, when they came they did not clean the floors, there was no basic vacuum done or mopping. Was super frustrating as we had things planned at home. They said they would send cleaners again to rectify and messed up the whole scheduling the second time by sending cleaner at a time totally different from the message. The cleaner said she would return at the scheduled time and did not, which I only realized after I called the company. No communication from them. Terrible cleaning and worst of all terrible management managed by amateurs. They will take your money and not provide the promised service. Worst off they do not acknowledge their mistakes. Terrible experience and I highly recommend people not to give them any business if you are looking for quality or even decent service. They charged us 1200$ for a post construction clean and only worked from 8:45-3:30pm, 2 people. Not much different than my regular house cleaners but way more expensive; house still has construction dust on some surfaces and in some drawers etc. Not a meticulous clean. read more

I was charged over $850 for a move out clean which amounted to over $200/hour for the amount of time 2 of them were there. They charge extra for the oven and refrigerator which was included in that price. Part of the move out clean says they will wipe out empty closets, wipe baseboards, clean inside cabinets, and clean light fixtures. None of this was done and it was still dusty. I ended up having to borrow cleaning supplies from my neighbor since our house was already empty to go do what I paid an exorbitant amount for them to do. The counters even felt dirty when you ran your hand over them. They did do the floors, bathrooms, oven, and fridge well. When I called to let them know they said they could come back but it was our last night in town and we didn't own the house the next day. It should have been done right the first time. They credited me back $150 but I should have had our regular cleaner come for 1/4 of the price I paid them. read more

Annastasia and her team did an excellent job with our move-out townhome cleaning. We were prepping our house for sale, so it was really important that the deep cleaning happen quickly. She was able to schedule me within 48 hours of my call and her team showed up on time(imagine that!) and worked really diligently the whole time they were there. The only spot they missed was the top of the fridge but that is a small quibble when compared to the overall body of work.
