We switched to Dazzle this summer after having worked with another local company, who we were super happy with but having scheduling difficulties with. We have been so, so happy we switched. Communication is a breeze--the one time something was missed, they sent someone out to address it the next day. I thought our house was clean with our previous cleaners, but it's clear to me how much cleaner it is with Dazzle. Kai has been our cleaner for most of our sessions, and has done a FANTASTIC job--it feels amazing to come home after they clean. Everything is pristine. One of the great things about Dazzle is the consistently between cleaners. With our old cleaners, we hated when we had to have a new cleaner--there always seemed to be a few sessions where the house didn't get as clean until they got into their groove. With Dazzle, I can honestly say we can't tell the difference between cleaners--the house is sparkling every time. What we do very much appreciate is the friendliness and flexibility of the staff. Dazzle is on the higher end in terms of cost of the agencies we looked at, which is part of why we initially went with another cleaner. Now that we're clients, we can say we appreciate that they pay their cleaners better, have higher retention rates, and seem to very much are about their cleaners' well-being (for example, reaching out about air conditioning options during the heat wave). We feel good about paying a higher price if that means the cleaners have a better job--AND we can confidently say we get a higher quality clean than we did before. read more

Scheduled a one time clean a month in advance and they cancelled morning-of. Strange pricing practices. Was quoted $800 for a whole-house clean (3 bed 3 bath). But for some reason you can also pay by the hour. $75 for 6 hours of cleaning, honestly more hours than would actually take to clean my house. I'm not super picky when it comes to cleaning, so the express clean from Dazzle works well for me. I typically keep my house clean (we have four pets), but appreciate the bathrooms being cleaned by someone else every other week. The communication is great and so far the staff has been kind, respectful and happy to do a good job (and work around my WFH lifestyle). The express clean doesn't go above and beyond with the cleaning, but they lay out clearly what that service entails in the description when you choose what you want. Price wise it seems a little high for what you get, but this is Seattle and I imagine it's not cheap to run a business and employ good staff, so no complaints from me. read more

We just had our first cleaning visit by these folks and they did a fantastic job. We scheduled a deep-cleaning service because, let's face it, after a year and a half of rarely leaving the house (and not being terribly diligent about housework), it needed it. The work lived up to its name, because they did it all: scrubbed the baseboards, washed the interior windows, got the cobwebs from all the corners, scrubbed the wooden steps to the second floor, etc. They also took the time to artfully arrange throw pillows and tabletop objects. The house did smell faintly of vinegar for a day or so, but I appreciate the fact that they use natural cleaning products instead of harsh and toxic chemicals. My only slight beef was the fact that, after scheduling the appointment and arranging for one of us to work from the office to give the cleaners more room to do their thing, when we called to confirm the appointment they didn't have us on their schedule, so we had to rebook and figure out the whole work from home/work from office schedule again. Not a huge issue and hopefully an anomaly, as we have arranged service every two weeks. read more

This is our first time trying a cleaning service. Man I should say the service is impeccable, both figuratively and imperatively. Catherine really helps us clean our filthy home. You know, we are an lgbt couple who work at home. We have two cats and tons of snacks, so you know how messy we are. Catherine came on time and greeted us with warm welcome. They cleaned our floor professionally four times, so the grease are all gone. They helped us clean the dirty kitchen with plates. They changed smelly trash bags. The vacuumed all the cat litters scattered everywhere. In the end, they left us sweet welcome gifts from the company and a clean home. OCTOBER 2020 UPDATE: We are still using Dazzle TWO years later. We are loyal clients. We have even hit VIP status. Ashley cleans our home for the most part. We do have other cleaners from time to time. Overall, they do a great job. Logan (the owner) and myself have had our moments, but overall, we come to a resolution and the company is great. Asking for help in cleaning your home and allowing someone in it is a big deal. I'm disappointed in our "deep clean," but far more upset with the owner's response to my concerns. We booked a deep clean for our mostly clean and well-organized house, just to get some additional help with the spots that don't get as much attention (grout, corners, etc). I came home to a floor that didn't look to be mopped, with corners of dirt in several rooms and massive dust bunnies behind furniture. Furniture was not vacuumed, and overall, no real sense of "deep" clean. I called the owner to discuss my concerns, and he told me that my house was "far too dirty" and "covered in smoke and soot." Even after sending photos of the unclean corners and piled-up dust, he claimed my standards were much too high (what?). While we had some candle soot on a few windowsills, our house was not "entirely covered" - and the window edgings weren't even cleaned. Several employees were at the house, but never told my husband - who was at home - there were issues or that they weren't able to complete the work. I had to call in order to learn this. When I became upset with his treatment (because someone from a cleaning company saying your house is filthy is tough to hear), he proceeded to tell me he didn't feel "safe" sending his employees back. The owner turned my own mental health around on me, saying if he knew I had OCD, they wouldn't have come to clean the house. And - that he had never, ever had a customer complain before me in 7 years. I don't think I've ever had someone gaslight me this much. read more

The cleaning was OK - not great - spent time making my bed like a hotel instead of the already fine way I make it everyday but didn't clean baseboards. Scheduling was a problem. I couldn't get someone when I wanted/needed. Booked in advance to get the day I needed only to somehow fall off their schedule. I reported on the wrong company. This review is intended for the DAZZLING CLEANING COMPANY, I have posted to their Yelp site plus filed a new BBB report. My apologies. What a bad experience. First person showed up late, left early and did such a bad job, it was laughable. Second person, no-show. Try to cancel and they charge you $250. They basically tidy up, not really clean. They have a long list of what they won't do-like dust blinds, mop (they use a swifer on the floor). They do not tell you their "we won't" list until AFTER they lock you into a contract. Good luck finding a human being to talk to. Go elsewhere, wish I had. I'm glad others had a good experience, wish we did. read more

We hired Dazzle to do a deep clean after a construction project was completed. Tekoa was friendly and on-time and did a great job! There was a lot of attention to detail and the deep clean was really thorough, including baseboards, the window tracks, and doors, plus everything else that comes with a "standard" clean. I have been using Dazzle for a few months now and absolutely love them. Initially, I had a few different cleaners before I got into a regular rotation. They were all super sweet and professional. My regular cleaner (at my request) is amazing- she does an excellent job, is quick, always on time, and very personable and professional. They only have to clean a couple times per year for me, but I appreciate the bundled seasonal routines (including baseboards) that cover everything I need.
