This company I would not recommend because they did not do a good job the first time and I…read morecomplained to Kathleen the owner about it and she sent the crew back out to fix it and found the crew to be very rude like they were unhappy that they had to come back out. If they would of done the job right the first time then they would not of had to come back out. They arrived on Monday 4/5/21 at noon when they were supposed to be here in the morning and the excuse that I got is that they were coming from Chico and there was an accident on the road. So OK, they get here and they start taping the plastic up for the protection of the walls and floor and after they got all the plastic up they left by 3:30 to return the next morning to start insulation. They had not been gone more then 30 min. When piece by piece the plastic that they had just put up started falling down and but the time I got up the next morning ALL of the plastic that they had put up the day before was down on the floor so when they arrived at 10am they had to take the time before starting the insulation to re-tape up all the plastic that they had put up the day before. So Jesus showed up and had the guys get a hotel room in town so that they did not have to travel so far and they could start getting here earlier. During the the time of them being here my daughter was calling and talking to Jesus regarding stuff that was not being done right being that they were not going to be shaving down the insulation and Jesus said that that was not discussed and would not be done and we said that it was discussed and it needed to be done for us to put up sheet rock so he came out here again and talked to the guys and told them to do the shaving. They finall finished up on Sat. 4/10/21 and after they left we noticed that the shaving had not been done properly so I called and talked to Kathleen and she had me send her pics of it and one of the things that stands out that she had asked me was that was I not happy with the look of it for cosmetic reasons or because we are going to put sheet rock up there....WOWWWWW really, I said I am paying almost $12,000. For this and I expect it to be done the right way. She agreed to send the crew back out to finish it the right way so that is when they showed up they were on the rude side except for the one guys Manny that was not here for the install part so he did all the talking for the other guy (can't remember his name) that was the guy that actually did the spraying of the insulation the first time. They started putting all the plastic down again and started doing the shaving and a couple of hrs into it Jesus showed up in his work clothes and started helping them. My daughter and I walked over and stood out on the porch to talk to Jesus and he just totally ignored us so we went back over to the other house and when they were done he waved for me to come over and do the final inspection. It was a lot better and I told Jesus that if it would of been done right the first time then they would not of had to come back. He then asked me for the check for the payment and I said that I would send it in the mail and he said that Kathleen told him to pick it up and I told him that I would not give it to him but I would send it in the mail so he got pissed and called Kathleen and pulled his guys out of the house that were finishing up cleaning and they all got into their trucks and left. My daughter and I came back to the house and all the plastic that was covering my furniture with all the shavings on it were still there on my furniture so we had to take it off and had one hell of a mess that they should of cleaned up but Jesus got a attitude and left without saying another word to us. I would say, they did an excellent job - Starting with Jeremy, who accommodated my schedule for preliminary inspect and gave me a on the spot quote. Elder and the guys did an excellent job in covering up the entire house and finished the job in 2 days. My house had no insulation in the walls- to very less in the attic. After the insulation my Heat as well as Cold is retained inside the house. Heat turns on once in a 24 Hr cycle vs multiple times in an hour previously. If you are thinking of in wall insulation, it's totally worth it. The quote was the most competitive and they were very flexible. I am still closing out the multiple holes in the wall, will take time as i prefer to do it myself- I had plans to paint anyway .

Good solid insulation company with actual employees from the company doing the work, and not just…read morehiring outside contractors. Everyone was extremely experienced and the work was completed on my home quickly and efficiently, with everything having protective plastic sheeting all the way from my front door to the work areas. The sales rep that came out to do the initial inspection and to give a quote, was very experienced and answered all my questions. We agreed on a course of action, and I later discovered I needed additional work, and he worked with me on getting that added. The workers arrived even earlier than expected on the day they were working on our house. They clearly had all the appropriate material and machines and equipment to do the job correctly. I feel very good about everything that was done and I would definitely recommend them. Everything was left clean and there was nothing I had to do to clean up behind them. The reason I am not giving five stars (only 4 stars) is because of the paperwork having multiple errors, and they took weeks to get me the pictures of the before and after shots of the work they did. I asked them to correct some errors I found in the paperwork, and even found more errors and had to ask them a second time to correct the invoice for my records. I also questioned whether the correct insulation was put into a certain wall, because the paperwork was incorrect. It took a physical callback from a different person to physically check, and he didn't really seem to understand clearly what the problem was. I showed him pictures of the insulation rating that I took for that wall, and he was about ready to go and purchase the insulation and redo the specific wall I was questioning. But then he just called the installers and they told him they put the correct R-Rating on that wall and then he left. He clearly was not trained well enough, and I still don't know if the correct insulation was put on that wall. All the hassle of the paperwork correction and reinspection of the work was not necessary if they paid attention to details better. But other than the paperwork and questioning a specific wall, the actual work was professionally done and these guys clearly are a good professional organization. Just keep an eye on the paperwork and go over all the lines of work in the contract before you sign it. Don't rush and sign what they give you. Read every line on the contract to look for errors. As far as the value for the service and work, they were right in the price range I was expecting. Don't hesitate to use them.

But even after cleaning it out, the smell wasn't going away. Then the vent started giving off either smoke or steam, and in a panic I immediately turned off the dryer. Thank God I didn't start a dryer fire. The second I shut it off and made sure everything was ok, I opened Yelp and searched for a dryer vent cleaner. Chris's Insulation came up, he had great ratings, he was super close by, so after calling a different service and going to voicemail, I called Chris. Chris picked up after the second ring. When I told him that I needed someone to clean our dryer vent and what had happened, he said he could come out either between 5:00 and 6:00 pm that evening or the next day. It was already mid-afternoon when I called, so I was surprised to hear him say he could still come out same-day, but I decided to have him do that since I was free and also still a little shaky following what happened with the vent either smoking or steaming. Chris showed up during the window he quoted and wasted no time getting to work. He started the second he arrived and was done within the hour. His pricing was incredibly reasonable and fair and so far, in the couple of weeks since he was here, we've had no issues with the dryer. Before he left, he also sent us a ton of pictures of what the vent looked like post-cleaning. Super happy and relieved.

They sent Thomas out to take a look, he was very up front about the condition of the unit and advised that there was alot of issues, which we totally get. He was very thorough and took a lot of reference photos and explained what he was doing. We agreed to look at getting a new system and set up a meeting with Kyle for later the afternoon.
