Uneventful towing. The driver was polite and accommodating and, importantly, communicative.

I initially was notified that they were 20 minutes out at 8am! Great! Car was due at the auto shop by 11 am and being early was going to be a breeze! It's 11:35 and I'm still waiting. To add insult to injury, they closed my request as "completed" without a phone call or notification. The worst customer service and lack of communication makes AH Khan Brothers Towing the LAST I will call for towing. Service, quality, value, and integrity are down the drain. Thank god I wasn't stranded in the night somewhere. With so many good tow companies in the Baltimore area, their lack of integrity,service and 1-star reviews, speaks volumes. I called for a tow through my insurance company. They advised me it would be 75-100 minutes initially it was then updated to 12-42 after a while. I called well pass the 42 mins mar. I was met was with a very rude attendant who proceeded to tell me that it would be an additional 6 hrs. After expressing my frustration that 6 additional hours was unacceptable she proceeded to say she would cancel my request and disconnect the call. Ive had similar issues with them in the past. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This tow company picked up my AWD SUV on November 14th from Dundalk, MD. Before arriving, the driver called and asked what type of vehicle I had. I clearly stated it was an AWD SUV. He later told me he would need a flatbed, but when he arrived, he did not have one. Instead, my vehicle was towed using a wheel lift, and I did not see any wheel dollies used at pickup. When my vehicle arrived at the collision center in Bel Air, MD, it had wheel dollies attached and was leaking from the rear with a strong odor. The collision center notified me immediately. My husband confirmed the leak and smell, and we had the vehicle inspected at the dealership. The dealership found severe rear differential damage, including a whining noise and metal shavings in the fluid, requiring over $5,000 in repairs. My vehicle was recently serviced and had none of these issues prior to the tow. This type of damage is consistent with improper towing of an AWD vehicle. Since reporting the damage, the tow company has blocked my number, refuses to accept responsibility, and will not allow me to speak with a manager. The only response I received was, "Humans make mistakes." I strongly caution anyone against using this company--especially if you own an AWD vehicle. read more

if I could give zero stars, oh I would. first are car was stuck on the neighbors and they had to get somewhere and it was very important . Then they said that they could not do it so then I called another company and told them that they did nothing and he said that there was three different ways that they could have done it. These people are lazy and do nothing but sit around and act like they do their job. Then they said that they did not want to go over the grass and I said I will sign a waver and they said that they did not want to do it that is straight up lazy! Do not use!!!!. They took my tow job I booked through my insurance. They canceled after they were supposed to arrive which was 2.5 hours after they took the job. Talked to the company and he said they would be coming and they canceled 10 min after the time they said they would come. I hope my insurance roadside takes them out of providers. read more

This company was dispatched by state farm after an accident. They projected 132 minutes for pick up. I called about an hour or so in multiple times to see if I needed to wait with the car - no answer. We waited the entire time at 2 and half hours I called the number again and someone did pick up. He stated it had been dispatched and he would call me back after he got ahold of the guy dispatched. I waited another 15 minutes and never received a call. I called state farm back and requested a new company. Safe Tow was there within 15 minutes- highly recommend them. I would NEVER use AH Khan Brothers again and told state farm that they should stop using them because of this situation and all of the bad reviews that state the same thing. If I could give NO STARS I would!!!! I called for a tow a little after 4 pm. Didn't get a tow until AFTER 9 from ANOTHER/DIFFERENT tow company. I waited over 3 HOURS for a tow that NEVER came!!! I called to see what his ETA was after an hour n he hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and it kept going straight to voicemail!! I called the office and she said another 45 minutes AFTER I had already waited OVER 2 HOURS!! Waited the 45 minutes which put me OVER 3 HOURS!!!!! the drivers they have over there are very unprofessional. half the time show up in pajama pants... when trying to instruct them on where the vehicles go when dropping off on my lot they ignore our rules and drop the vehicle wherever they like. I broke down on the side of the road, contacted Statefarm and Ah Khan Brothers accepted the tow to arrive in 105 minutes! They never showed, would not answer Statefarm call or mines ! If they had an issue come up, they should have communicated ! imagine being stuck on the side of the road with a one year old, for hours !!!!! i went through my car insurance to get my car towed. The service said the wait time would be 85-120 mins. I got a call from John with in 15 mins saying he was 17 mins away. On the phone he asked all the right questions to ensure the process would be easy. He was also very familiar with the area. He knew the section of highway I was does have many areas with shoulders available. Fortunately, I was able to park on one of the few shoulders available. John was very professional on the phone and in person. Once he arrived my car was in the truck bed within 5 mins and it was done carefully. He also dropped my car in the perfect spot at the repair shop. read more

Last Saturday (5/31/25) waited over 3 hours for a tow (called in by State Farm). I called State Farm again today (6/3/25) at 7:41am, and they had AH Khan tow. Over 3 hours later, still no AH Khan or tow. State Farm canceled tow and said they'd never work with AH Khan ever again. Very disappointed and do not recommend! read more

my vehicle broke down on Saturday at 5:30 called Allstate. They put me in line with a tow company in Sparks Maryland and they never showed up. I waited almost 4 1/2 five hours then I called Allstate back and they sent Mr.Khan. Who was there within 15 minutes I was home within an hour, very professional. It was pouring down rain, my sons car is very low to the ground ,he got on the wet ground and never complained . He even apologized for the tow company which he's not even involved with very grateful for the service that he provided.
