He was understanding when traffic made me a few minutes late (left the car overnight at a local gas station). My car was very secure on the truck and the driver was very easy to follow from Catonsville to Towson. Reasonable pricing- around $10-20 more expensive than other services I have used before, but the quality of service, above & beyond communication, and convenience is definitely worth the price.

Although Maryland Collision Center (the one in Timonium) appears to have done a good job with my…read morerepair, they also added a 3% credit/debit card fee at the last minute. The only way not to pay the fee is to use a bank check or cash - neither of which is easy to obtain without a car. They don't mention the fee over the phone - they tell you after they've told you everything else -- just before signing on the dotted line. Had I known up front, I would have gone somewhere else. It really felt underhanded to me.

During this time they charged me $200 more than my deductible because they billed my insurance company the wrong amount. Took it back for them to wet sand it just to pick it back up with portions that were not corrected (2nd visit). Took it back for the 3rd time to repaint and/or wet sand it. Upon pick up I noticed dirt in the paint on the fender. I'm wasting more time arranging times to pick up and drop off not including the time it takes for them to "fix" it. They offer lifetime warranty that you will need for sure! The manager has done everything in his power to help me with this matter but it still isn't correct. I purchased my Silverado 6 months ago brand new so I do not expect a low quality paint job because I didn't purchase it that way. Maybe they need better paint booths because this is exhausting. Taking it back won't correct the issue and will not be an option because it will be dirt in the paint regardless.
