This facility is very clean and so very well organized with staff who are attentive and friendly. I have had three surgeries and two of those surgeries I had to remain in the surgery center. I was just there on 12/30/2020 and had to stay overnight after a 7 hour surgery. So, I am truly grateful that I had my surgery here. Two very beautiful ladies (nurses) who provided me with the most wonderful care overnight. I can't say enough about these two women, but I am going to attempt it. Their names are: Andrea Ester Wow! These two wonderful women provided me with exceptional care which would exceed anyone's expectations. And since I had been there for two other surgeries, this was not my first time with these two nurses. I feel ashamed that I did not rant and rave about these women after my first visit. I'm not going to say they need bonuses, raises, promotions, or a trip around the world for their efforts, because after getting the opportunity to know these ladies, I don't believe they would care about those rewards. What I do wish for them is a wonderful life, a career that is emotionally and spiritually rewarding. The thought that each of them made a difference in someone's life during a time that may be very difficult and scary for the patients. The reason of which they both had in their hearts for choosing the career that they chose. A career that is not meant for everyone, but impacts each and every person in the world. That's what I truly wish for them and I honestly believe this is far more rewarding to them than any monetary reward could ever be. Thank you both very much for your compassionate care and going above and beyond any and all expectations. You both have made a difference in my mind and life each time I have been there for Care. And although we are in a massive global pandemic, I am not writing this review for reasons of just showing appreciation because it is something that has become a "social norm" to show appreciation for our healthcare community. From check-in to checkout, my experience at Adventist was top notch. I went to the wrong building and the receptionist personally walked me to the correct building! The nursing staff was attentive, smart and good at their job. I also noticed several instances of incredible teamwork and cooperation among the staff. I know this is a difficult time for healthcare professionals. They are all under incredible stress and exposed daily to this virus. First experience at this surgery center for a family member has been a comfortable and a caring one. The pre-op, the receptionist, the facility, the physicians, the admitting nurse, were all really great. The facility is used by many of the doctors in the building, so I am not sure how it is run; but it is run-well. Also, the environment has positive vibes. Pleasant surrounding make it comfortable for family members who are waiting. The entrance could be confusing at the beginning as the address is in Chevy Chase and has side entrance, but park in the hospital and take the elevator down. The waiting area has vending machines, and a coffee machines. So pretty much self sufficient. And exceptionally convenient for weekend procedures and surgeries. read more

Ste 101 Physician Adventist Surgery center Had my colonoscopy scheduled here. Nursing staff was friendly and Professional. But the actual procedure was very uncomfortable and painful. I had one done before and it was nothing like this one. I dont be live they gave me enough pain sedative. Speak up or get ready for a painful event. I kept my mouth close and I paid for it. Let them know you need. More sedation. On the other had I was there 1 1/2 hr prior to my appt. And they took me in right away. read more

All the nurses I came across, were very pleasant, helpful and nice. Nurse Gayane was the best. She was very kind and settled my nerves. I enjoyed her positive vibe. I had plastic surgery done on June 17th and both of my nurses Agnes and Liz was the sweetest angles ever! They comforted me and were by my side the whole time. I had an amazing experience here when I got my rhinoplasty done last week! This was my first time ever getting surgery, so the entire staff was extra attentive to my needs to ensure that I would feel less worried about the operation. Maddie, the RN was my favorite ! She kept making me laugh and was being absolutely silly. She definitely helped to calm my wild nerves before going into surgery. I had a wonderful experience at this surgery center. April and the other two nurses (forgive me I forgot their names) were all so kind and professional. I was so glad to see April after surgery. Yesterday I had a rhinoplasty surgery and right when I came in I had huge anxiety and the nurse I got at the beginning was so amazing. She kept making me laugh and reassuring me everything was gonna be fine, she even played music for me and just was the best nurse I've ever had. She did my iv and I thought it was gonna hurt but it didn't hurt at all and I'm usually scared of shots lol. She took my blood pressure and it was high because of my anxiety. She calmed me down and it lowered and after that it stayed down and I felt relaxed. She was such an amazing nurse. After my surgery I had a different nurse she was nice as well and helped me. I also didn't feel nervous going to the operating room and it went by really fast. Such a good experience. read more

I had sinus surgery here this morning and the place couldn't have been better. The surgeon was amazing (Dr. Bublik). The intake girl was kind and efficient. The nurse was thorough and quick getting my iv and vitals. The anesthesiologist kept me safe and took care of my concerns. When I woke up from surgery the final nurse did everything to make me comfortable. Great bedside manner and kept me hydrated and medicated. A+, would not go anywhere else for surgery.
