I called about my daughter's wrist being possibly broken. I was told they treat kids, they asked how old I said 7 and the women on the phone said come in we will xray and at least stabilize it. I got there at 9 pm. We checked in, waited 45 mins, then were brought back to a room with No. Air conditioning, and waited for an hour . It was so hot we had to sit in the hallway. The "nurse or whoever she was" someone in scrubs was in the hallway and I asked if they can take the xray this way the dr doesn't come back after an hour and 45 mins and then we have to wait for an xray. I also asked if she could bring my daughter ice in which she brought a really hard pack of ice that had no bend or softness to it, which obviously hurts to lay on a swollen wrist. She said let me ask. 15 more minutes, I found out there is NO xray machine. The NP came out to talk to us in the hallway, very nice. She told us they have no xray machine and she needs an xray. I understood that which is why I was there in the first place. I asked her if she can stabilize it at least until we can get her to a doctor tomorrow. She then said yes. When she was gone for a while, I walked down the hallway to just say we were gonna go home watch the emergency room at this point were there for two hours. That's when I saw her and the woman that I've mentioned in the scrubs in the office with a wrist brace met for an adult. It was the same size breeze I wore after my wrist surgery! Ivan said if you guys don't have anything to treat a kid do you have anything to stabilize it so I can at least get home. They said of course, I said great because I don't wanna put her in a brace that is bigger than what she needs and it's not going to do anything or potentially make it worse. The NP then brought out the material that she placed my daughter's wrist on and then wrapped it. This was all done in the hallway by the front reception. And then paid a $30 co-pay which I think is ridiculous. I have no idea what I was paying for it. We left my daughter was in so much pain at night. She wanted us to remove what they used to stabilize her wrist. What a joke it was two inserts from a shoe and an ace bandage. The inserts have a curved down obviously because they use them flipped over. I'm not a doctor but in my head, I don't know how a potentially broken wrist would be good stabilized in a down direction. I am completely unhappy with my experience. The fact that there was a sleep study going on in the room two rooms ahead of us with a huge queen or king-size bed. I also thought that was weird. We're in an urgent care with sick people and you have a woman in there doing a sleep study you're also applying all of the things to her scalp with the door wide open and her having no privacy. I can't imagine receiving an additional bill outside of my co-pay being that there is nothing done, I will contact my lawyer to fight charge. Next time, please be honest in the services that you offer! To have a seven year-old at your facility until 11 PM just to be told that you can't do anything when she's in pain is awful. I would've just brought her to the emergency room. I'm a fan of all types of music but to have rap/ hip hop played at that volume in an environment where people are sick and there are small children seemed unprofessional to me read more

Do not come here! The receptionist treated us very poorly. The service was at the lowest level possible. My friend was feeling very unwell, and it took two hours before they even saw us. Even after we were admitted, they only checked her basic vital signs, saw that she had a high fever, and still made us wait in the room for another full hour. After that, someone who appeared to be a nurse came in, asked her a few questions, and then disappeared for another hour. When she finally came back, she only gave my friend some pills for nausea and that was it. $200 completely wasted. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor service. read more

Anyway, I was finally emailed a receipt, but maybe because of my negative and honest review forced it to happen. My review is still low, and I've yet to not only tell the department of health for California state about my experience, but to say here and to Medicare that the invoice has nothing about the diagnosis for my date of service. If can only tell you $150 to be seen, the $50 for 1 lab test of the swab for strep throat (and yes, remember, I was told to wait for day 3 to get a COVID & Flu test), and the 3% extra just for paying via debit or credit card. Hopefully this all gets reimbursed ASAP. read more

The wait time was close to 4 minutes to be seen. Sook is extremely amazing. She prescribed medicine immediately and took care of us without any hesitation. I will be coming back, and seeing her. The service was fast but did absolutely nothing for me. I walked in there with an 8 pain. My eye was swollen and hurting and the physician looked a far at it and said oh it's an allergy. They didn't even open my eye or touch my eye. She said she was going to give you a Benadryl shot, and the swelling and redness should go down. If it doesn't in three days make sure you go to your eye doctor. Allergies are supposed to be irritating and annoying not at a level eight pain. Walked out of there paying 300 hundred dollars for a Benadryl shot. My eye doctor the next day said it was a completely wrong diagnosis and that I had an abrasion on my eyeball and that's why I was in so much pain. read more

This urgent care facility is completely unequipped to handle basic women's health needs. I waited an hour and 20 minutes, only to be told they couldn't perform the pelvic exam I came in for--due to a lack of proper equipment and supplies. They don't even have an exam table with stirrups, which is the bare minimum for performing a pelvic exam. Instead, they use gurneys and operating beds, which are completely inappropriate for this type of examination. To make matters worse, I was still charged my co-pay despite not receiving the necessary care. I left without answers, without treatment, and with the strong impression that this facility is not prepared to support female patients dealing with UTI, BV, or any other gynecological issue. It's unacceptable for an urgent care to advertise comprehensive services and not be equipped with even the most basic tools to deliver them. My time was wasted, my concerns were dismissed, and my money was taken regardless. I strongly do not recommend this urgent care to any woman seeking evaluation or treatment for anything gynecological. The NP was great, however the urgent care is setting its employees up for failure by lacking the bare minimum of supplies and resources. Do better. read more

When I called and was put on hold to be transferred to someone who could help me, I was hung up on. Then called back and transferred again. This time I was told they are not an urgent care facility until 5 pm. When I google them, the ad gives a different impression. My visit to this place was by far the worst decision I've made in a long time. I'm three months postpartum and had recently caught a cold with a sore throat. Before coming here, I visited a reliable urgent care that has always provided great care. They tested me for strep (which came back negative) and advised me that I most likely had a viral infection that needed to run its course. Two days later, I still wasn't feeling well and developed chills and body aches. Since no other urgent care was open at the time, I reluctantly went to this location. The physician saw me, and I explained my symptoms, emphasizing that my throat continued to feel sore. She took a quick look at my throat and immediately diagnosed me with strep throat. When we asked twice if she wanted to swab me for confirmation, she dismissed the idea, saying it wasn't necessary because she could "see" that I had strep. She even called my sister over to look at my throat, which felt incredibly unprofessional. She then prescribed penicillin and a steroid. Before leaving, I asked one more time if she was sure about not testing me, and she brushed it off, saying it would be a waste of time. A day after taking the prescribed medications, I started breaking out with sores on my lips and mouth. The pain worsened, but I continued the medication, thinking it would eventually help. However, after three days, the sores had multiplied significantly, and I knew something was seriously wrong. I went back to my reliable urgent care (not this location), and they confirmed that I did not have a bacterial infection but a viral one. The antibiotics and steroids I was given only weakened my immune system, making my condition even worse and causing the painful breakouts. Now, as the primary caretaker of my newborn, I'm dealing with an even longer recovery process--all because of this misdiagnosis. I sincerely hope this physician takes the time to properly diagnose patients in the future so that no one else has to go through this. I still don't understand why she refused to swab me, but her rushed diagnosis led to unnecessary medication and worsened my health. Do not go here. Please learn from my experience--always trust your gut and get a second opinion if something doesn't feel right. read more

Walk in to this facility. I was experiencing some ear aches. The first thing I notice how clean and organize the office is. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. I explained to them why I wanted to see a doctor Provided my insurance info to which they carry. Fill out paper work After 5mns I was taken to the room where they took my vital signs the Medical Assistance that took my vitals was very knowledgeable and had good bed side matter. After the medical assistance left 5mns later the doctor came in. Chatted a bit. Explain to her what I was there for. She check my ears and it shows that my left ear was infected. Beware of this location if you have an actual urgent matter. Arrived last night at 9pm because this was the only urgent care open, my inquiry was a broken 5th metacarpal fracture and the doctor in my opinion was very below average as she struggled to poorly immobilize my finger, and did not offer any pain relief. I had to rewrap my hand once I was home as it was done so sloppy and unprofessionally. The order which they gave for an xray was to an NON URGENT xray company which takes 24/72 hours for rushed results. Spent an hour this morning attempting to get an xray from the referred office however Prime Urgent Care and the doctor whom treated me last night were not recognized in their data base. I am now at Exer urgent care down the street where they are able to consult, xray, and realign my broken finger. read more

Prime Urgent Care saved me! I've been feeling lightheaded and dehydrated. Went to ER and they told me wait was 2 hours minimum, I found Prime Urgent care and was seen within 5 min of arriving. I had my vitals taken and doctor ordered IV and vitamins for me. Also gave me a list of vitamins and recommendations to help me stay well afterword. The doctors and staff made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed while getting my IV. When I left I felt refreshed and so much better. I highly recommend if you need to be seen right away.
