Ok, but that chair ended up with a permanently bent leg soon after. Now the back of the couch is badly bowed in so that the cushions can't line up. We are gentle with our furniture and fussy about them, so this surprised me! Also the Sunbrella cushions are water stained. Did they even put the correct covers on? How can they stain when I wash them??? I thought La-z-boy was supposed to be quality- now I know they're just expensive.

Due to my husband's condition he using this chair everyday as it is his sanctuary. Zachery listened to me and then went up and beyond to resolve my issue. With help of his store manager Anthony Hill they both resolved my issue and even got the new chair delivered early. The professional bed installer said, " oh well this doesn't work" when he had the wrong parts for the head assembly, and he left. I went to the store,provided them with the correct part number. Another part was ordered, when it arrived in about 3 weeks, it was the same incorrect attachment. Next we had to order directly from manufacturer. This was wrong as well. Finally a new basic frame was brought over in exchange. The installer didn't have bolts, so he TAPED the headboard to the frame! Poor service, poor installation. We do not recommend this store.
